I'm glad I didn't read the other reviews before All Express came out to my house (on a home warranty call) They called first, arrived within the time I was told, got right down to business, checked the trap to make sure this wasn't a bigger problem, cleaned out the drain, replumbed under my sink with threaded pipes, cleaned up after themselves, and went on their merry way. They were extremely polite and competent. I think any company is only as good as the particular technician you get. I guess I got lucky!!

Came to our home through a home warranty request, bent over, peeked under the sink and declared he knew where the clog was coming from-without ever touching a pipe. Proceeded to tell us how the pipes were ""impossible"" to unscrew and that we needed to pay $240 to have a catch all installed under the sink (which we could do ourselves for less than $20). The incompetent man left and I, a 4 month pregnant woman, unscrewed and cleaned out the pipes. What a waste of time and money. Completely clueless company.

The only reason the get 1 star is that they (eventually) fixed the issue. I contacted our home warranty company to see if a leaky master bathroom faucet would be covered. The faucet is 20-25 years old and I didn't want to risk taking it apart myself to fix. The warranty company dispatched All Express Plumbing out to do the repair which consisted of replacing the cartridge on the hot water side of the two handle faucet, the cold water side was working fine.

The two plumbers came out on a Tuesday and confirmed that the cartridge needed to be replaced and that they would order the part an schedule another appointment to replace it. So we had the replacement scheduled for the following Saturday, this was the week of Christmas/New Years so my wife and I had plenty of time off of work that week. The plumbers even took pics of the old cartridge so the right one could be ordered. Well, they came back out on Saturday but with the wrong part. Since it was a holiday weekend they would have to wait until Tuesday to get the right one again( Jan 3). They came back out on Saturday Jan 7th with the right part and were able to sole the problem.

What should have taken 2 visits and a total of probably 10 minutes (the two times they were here lasted no more than about 5 minutes each time) took over a week to finally get resolved for something that also should have been very simple for a plumbing company that knew what they were doing. I'm only glad it didn't require taking any additional time off of work for. The office was horrible at keeping us informed as to what was going on as I had to call them on just about every communication to see what was going on.

Will definitely look elsewhere if given a choice next time and if we have to go thru our warranty company for any future plumbing issues I will tell them not to dispatch this company again.

Our Home Warranty company chose this company to fix our garbage disposal.

The tech arrived in street clothes - no uniform or name tag that indicated he was a technician. I thought that was unprofessional, but not a big deal.

We know what's wrong with the disposal. The impellers are stuck. We pointed this out to the technician. He looked inside and told us the disposal is working fine and that impellers are not supposed to spin. He said it's normal for a disposal to leave debris behind. What? Since when? He put an orange down the drain and turned on the disposal. It barely chopped up the orange and basically the entire thing was left in pieces in the drain. The tech told us this was normal. Again, since when? Paid the guy $60 and he left. The next day we drove to Home Depot for no other reason than to look at another disposal to see if indeed the impellers spin. Sure enough, they do! $60 down the drain. Pun intended.

I would not recommend this company.

Had them out for Home Warranty work on leaking disposal. Omar went and got a new one and had it installed in less than 2 hours total. Very prompt on service call and work good so far! We are in Lake San Marcos.

After our home warranty had sent ML Pluming to fix something in the toilet tank (they came 3 times... and it still wasn't fixed). So we demanded the insurance to send us All Express Plumbing. It took All Express 5 minutes to figure out & fix what ML Plumbing could not fix in 3 sessions.
All Express had done work at our house before, and we have to say: What a difference!!!:
they are professional, polite, on time, keep the area they are working in clean and always do an awesome job. 2 months ago was the first time they were assigned to come and fix a water pipe that broke in the kitchen ceiling. They called, came out immediately on a Sunday morning, very quickly got to the heart of the problem and fixed it. Jon, Mel and Karim really made a difference, and we'd call them any time over any other company to take care of plumbing issues around our house.

One of the company's technician (hope that's the only one) has no common sense and logic.

Once I found water in laundry room floor, I called home warranty, ""All express plumbing"" was designated to fix it. Two guys came and immediately wanted to send water into the drain pipe. I asked why? they replied ""to check if it's blocking"". If it's a kitchen sink or toilet, it's OK because the the extra water would stay in the sink or toilet, but this was just a pipe, extra water will flood the floor. I asked them if there were other ways to check? They said no. Seriously? Would a snake be OK? We argued for quite some time. Long story short, they agreed to use a snake first. But they said the snake had to be run from the roof. Seriously? the drain pipe opening was right in front of us, why the roof? We argued for another while and finally they agreed to put snake to the drain pipe.

They used a motorized snake driven by an electric screw driver, this time the snake went more than 50 feet, concluded that there was no blockage in the drain. So there might be leaks on the drain pipe above the floor, they wanted to put water in the pipe, this time I agreed. Indeed somewhere behind the drywall was leaking.

So far so good. However one of the guys suddenly said it must be me who had broken the pipe because I told them I used a snake before they came. Come on, if the pipe was not broken and leaking in the first place, why the hell did I use the snake? By logic, the broken pipe should have happened first. But this guy kept saying that I broke the pipe. I didn't argue with him much and asked him what to do next. The guy said he needed to write a report to the warranty company and get authorized to do the fix. You know what happened? this guy wrote in the report saying I used a snake and broke the pipe. Then you know what happened later: the warranty company refused to cover it. I called the company two time asking to revise the report, so far no result yet...will update upon news.

After my warranty company sent out a plumber from habit plumbing to check for a leak (water marks on baseboard and wall) he put two holes in dry wall and told me there was no leak, all express plumbing was sent to repair the small holes (ONLY there to repair the holes). Sam from all express came out checked himself as he was surprised they didn't find a leak and found a large leak in the drain pipe (which was easily visible). Sam & Jon helped me out tremendously, they went beyond what they needed to advising me to make a claim with my insurance about secondary damage. I am extremely grateful for their help and will be using them with any future plumbing issues I may have. Highly recommend! They worked hard and stayed late to get the job done.

I was quoted 225 dollars for changing two Barth tub spots, unclog a bath tub and a toilet bowl. So far acceptable though a bit costly.
A person named slim showed up. The bath tub clog was not fixed. Still gets clogged. My wife asked him to change a toilet flush valve. We were charged 75$ more .. calls to John not returned.

These guys came out to look at a leaky shower on the 2nd story of our home under a home warranty. The first time he came out he told me that the grout was bad and that was why it was leaking and it was not covered under home warranty. The grout did not look too bad to me, but what do I know. So, I had the grout repaired and then commenced using the shower. Lo and behold, the re-grouting made no difference as we now had some serious waterfall action in our entryway rather than just discoloration on the ceiling. So, under the same warranty call, they came back out, cut open the drywall and determined that the cartridge in the shower needed to be replaced. Apparently a shower cartridge is like a unicorn as they had to search high and low to find one. The technician informed me that he had to have his special parts guy ""make a few phone calls"" to get me this part. I felt like I should put my boots on...I think I have seen shower cartridges in stock at Home Depot, but then again what do I know? After a few lapsed deadlines, they finally returned to replace the cartridge. Great, so we can now shower again. However, we still have a gaping hole in the ceiling of the entryway. I have called both the home warranty and the plumber several times. Apparently the plumber has to submit a report to the warranty to authorize a separate drywall guy to come out. These guys are either too incompetent to submit the report correctly or simply just do not care enough to be bothered. It appears that their business model revolves on the home warranty company being their primary customer as I don't think any actual human being would choose to use them. They did fix the plumbing problem, but I think it would have been faster for me to run to Home Depot and get the cartridge myself and install it. I have wasted more of my life chasing them around with follow up calls than is good or right.
