They have come to my house twice now. They collected there service fee and didnt fix anything. I had to call a real plumber to come fix the blockage in my drain. Extremely incompetent hacks. My home warranty sent these guys over and they have been a complete waste.

Although this review is a little after the fact I thought it was good to let other people know about this company. Bad news. At the time my water heater went out and needed to be replaced I had a homeowners insurance policy for that purpose. So I pretty much had to use a plumber that was contracted with them. My main complaint is that they way overcharged me for the installation. They charged me $400 for $100 worth of parts. I wasn't happy but I felt like I had no other choice and I got a new water heater. That was 10 months ago. Everything was fine until last week when I found out from SDG&E that the water heater is not properly vented. So now I have to pay another plumber(I wasn't going to use them again) to reinstall new ventilstion. So it's going to cost me another $300 to have it properly vented. Something that should've been done right in the first place. Buyer beware!!

Absolute Bozo arrived at my house to 'power wash' my sewer line.

Completed nothing and charged me hundreds of dollars. Let me with a clogged sewer line and complete and total mess.

Had to hire another company to complete the job.

Absolutely stay away from this company. They have no idea what they are doing.

Our home warranty company sent All Express for a pretty serious leak. My wife and I were a little concerned given some of the reviews. The two gentlemen, Jack and Tom, were super professional, worked quickly, and fixed the issue easy peasy! The plumber we called previously wouldn't do the job because he said there was no access to the leak. Tom found access by taking the time to crawl around under my house, spiders and all. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance, big or small. Ask for Tom and Jack if you can!!!

Beware! This company pads the bill by saying that you need repairs that you don't need.

All Express Plumbing came to our home through Old Republic Home Protection Company(ORHP). Suddenly, the new hot water heater that should have been fully covered by our home warranty was now going to cost us $350. It took forever to find out why and it turns out that the parts that All Express said needed to be replaced, did not need it at all.

We ended up taking ORHP to small claims court and the judge decided in our favor. In fact, he said that OHRP deliberately under pays their contractors, then allows the contractors to charge customer's for unnecessary repairs, so they can make their money.

Do not use this company!!! The work they did to unclog our bathroom sink was criminal! They did not protect anything! They scratched the cabinets, scratched the tile counter and floor and ruined a bath mat. The work to repair the bathroom cost me $587 and they would only offer $50 to correct the damage and then wouldn't call me back when I left messages. Stay away!!

All Express Plumbing was sent by the maintenance insurance company to solve a plumbing issue. They were quick, efficient and straight forward. Due to the plumbing issue we needed dry out and rebuilding of all the damage cause by the water (bedroom and bathroom).
John the owner, met me at the apartment and clearly explained the process to get the apartment back to normal. He offered to work with my insurance and contractors to get the job done as quickly, safely and efficiently as possible. I needed to travel overseas and John offered to handle everything and keep me informed. He was true to his word and dry out and rebuilding (walls in bathroom, shower tiling, shower enclosure, vanity, toilet, mirror, painting), (bedroom walls, carpet and painting) were all done in two weeks to code and on budget.
I wouldn't hesitate to hire All Express Plumbing again if the need ever arrives. John and his team did a professional and well executed job.

I only wish I would've checked yelp rating first and would've ensured someone else provided plumbing services. I had just bought this house and encountered plumbing back up when I used my washer, Not knowing the severity of the problem, I contacted my new Home Owners Warranty company, AXIOM, who dispatched All Express Plumbing, first question asked was if I knew where the clean-out was, I did not since I had only lived here for less than 3 weeks. Beginning of issues!!......they were set to arrive between 1-6p, (5 hour wait-that's a little crazy to begin with) they did not arrive until after 6p. They couldn't locate the clean-out and said they were doing me a favor by going though a drain in my garage. I had asked about under the house, they said they don't do that and my insurance didn't cover it. They continued to snake through the garage which all drains backed up to the point of leaking onto the floor, damaging my carpet. They said they could not resolve my problem and offered to go through the roof which also was not a covered service. I contacted the owner and he immediately started to shout at me about he wanted his crew out of there now and was tired of homeowners blaming them. I told him I was not blaming anyone for anything, wanted to get a price for roof access, it was almost $500, couldn't afford that. He continued to rant about it was my problem that was already there, I explained that I did not have that severe back up until the snaking was done. the plumbers actually said to put a fan there it would dry!!!!!!!!!!! REALLY. I am in the process of trying to get this mediated, the Home Owners and the All Express are refusing responsibility completely This company's level of experience compounded by the Horrible Customer Service provided should never be one of a contracted provider for any home warranty service, AXIOM stated Express was bonded and certified which is a law, has nothing to do with the skill and customer service being provided. Bottom line is you get what you pay for, very apparent, the seller was only concerned with cost as well as the home warranty provider. I ultimately had to contact a private service, ASI-White Gloves Guy, who was absolutely phenomenal, there overall rating exceeded a ""10"". I also recommended them to the Home Warranty company. they took the time to research, one measure was to simply look under the house to see where the main line route was located, did not go UNDER the house, took that extra step. Moral to this story, if you need this type of service call ASI and make sure you avoid All Express and save your deductible, my $ was completely wasted.
