Although part of this is do my home warranty Companie's horrible choice I their affiliates... I digress..
-First off Express plumbing and their "" call center"" have no real connection; meaning the plumbers work load and the people taking the calls can't BOTH care about the flood happening in my house, so they just squeeze you in.
-Dealing with warranty Co. And insurance of course the plumbers don't get paid the usual, so lack of caring or solving the problem becomes chore.. And NOT their job!?!
- my water intake happened on a Wed and they couldn't come until Friday. So a family couldn't do laundry, shower and use water for 3 days... Silly right?
- they came within their 4 HOUR window and they were nice and did what they thought should be done. Thus the one star.
- the water came back 3 days later then said they couldn't return until 5 days later!! Really!?!
- I left 3 voice mails, 4 emails, and did a live chat and no call back until the 3rd day.. At this point we had to pay out of pocket to a company that came in less than 24 hours and did a more thorough job, hopefully fixing problem.
Really the lack of compassion and not communicating made this yelp happen.

The plumber, John, told my husband one thing and the adjuster another. He also told me his job as a plumber is to make as much money off people as he can. Classy.

Our water heater was not set up when we returned to our house. When our home warranty plumber came over, he pointed out the water heater was set up illegally. We spoke with a friend, who works for a reputable plumbing company and showed him pictures of the set up. He informed us to immediately shut off the gas. My family spent one night in our home with this illegal set up and we've been in and out of our home all week. Needless to say, this company will no longer be allowed in our home regardless of what our adjuster or company says.

He also talked about how he knows about all his negative yelp reviews to my husband and didn't care.

Update: our contractor informed us that John told us the issue was under our patio and never in the house, even though that's what he told our adjuster and my husband when he did the camera. He said this after our dining area was jackhammered as the issue was 20 for from the bathroom and no issues were found (John said he saw a belly and cracked pipe when using a camera). So, our patio was then jackhammered and guess what! No belly, no cracked pipe or joints. No issues at all. So, we were out of our house for extra time based on a ""professionals"" lie.

Unprofessional, lacked knowledge. We literally watched the plumber sit out front of our home for a good hour thinking he was just some weirdo in a beatdown van casing the neighborhood. When we were heading out to run an errand he called and told us he was ""around the corner filling out the work order and would be here soon"" watched him make a u turn and park in front of our home. Didn't inspect for leaks, clean outs or solutions. We had a stoppage and and actual leak under the house we found under our home on our own because this guy did a 2 minute visual inspection that the shower wouldn't drain, before walking out and telling us ""I will contact your insurance to set something up, good luck with everything"" dude never contacted our warranty company back and lied TWICE about being in contact with them. We would have never called this company on our own, but they were our home warranties ""preferred vendor"" thankfully, documenting everything, they were able to send out another company.

My experience today with them was consistent with all the other 1 star ratings... I wish I would have known prior to having Fidelity dispatch them to us. Avoid this company. Not sure how they are in business. Super unprofessional.

These guys contacted me immediately after responding to my home warranty call, and they showed up when they said they would, and fixed everything the right way. They even fixed another issue that was existing before we bought the home that was outside the scope of the warranty call, and they showed me exactly what they were doing so I knew why things were in prior disrepair.

All Express Plumbing did a decent job on my plumbing leak. The problem I had with them is the follow through for my insurance company. I had to contact All Express Plumbing about a dozen times over several weeks to get them to write up a report that my insurance found acceptable.

this company does not provide service... they are worthless... avoid at all cost! Especially if your warranty company suggests them... rad the reviews.

Pathetic service , guy came does nothing , run away with service fee .. they should stop stealing money like that .. even zero rating is bad.. I will go and write reviews in every place this company is listed and inform to consumer forum as well for such pathetic behaviour and service .

The home warranty company, Fidelity, sent out this company to fix and repair the limited hot water available in the home. Appointment was made between 10 and 2, called at 1:30 saying they are running 1-2 hours late. I already waisted the day, may as well wait it out. When they did show up, the plumber and I talked in the garage about my issue, and thinking it was the water heater, explained that the home warranty company pays for the labor and a new water heater should I need one, but they have ""extra"" fees that I have to pay them direct, that amount up to $380 over and above what Fidelity pays them. Are you kidding me. Plumber never went inside the house to do a complete check of the problem. Anyway, when I did not hear back for 3 days, I called Fidelity to check on the work order, they said the plumber reported all was OK, and no repairs needed. I requested another plumber come out, and he found the problem and fixed it the way it should be and Fidelity picking up the entire tab. I would not recommend this company at all, save you time and money.

I would give zero stars if i could very bad service never on time, after contacting fidelity about water not getting hot in the condo they send All Express plumbing to check.The appointment was from 10-2 pm they show up at 4pm after we called to remind them.... They spend 10 minutes checking the water heater, Mel said you have slab leak and John has to come and detect where the slab leak is so we made another appointment John came he checked and said the leak is under the kitchen sink and he needs to jackhammer under the cabinet so he will be waiting for us to remove the granite and the cabinet we found out later on that the slab leak is in the middle of kitchen easy access to jackhammer the floor but he wanted to reroute the pipes which is not covered by the home warrantee ( more money for him ) .
i hope fidelity make some time to read these reviews so they would stop using those crooks at All Express plumbing.
It was a nightmare after ten days in Christmas time with out hot water
We had to hire another company to fix the problem .
please Fidelity read the reviews.....
