Michelle F.I would give a negative rating if possible. I called multiple plumbers this am bc I had an issue that needed to be addressed today. The receptionist assured me they could do it today. Around 2:30 I called to follow up, only to be told I'm not on the list so I would not be seen today. When I explained that isn't what the receptionist told me. I was basically told too bad. When I said that isn't how a good business is run, I was told go somewhere else. Obviously they have so much business they don't need any more & do not value their word as professionals.
