All Drains, compared to Roto-Rooter franchises in Northern Westchester and Southern Putnam Counties, is lower priced and very responsive and efficient for clogged drains. Call All Drains owner Albert Tice at: 914-736-7527. We've used him twice in the past few years. This past weekend, our kitchen drain was all clogged up. Contacted Al on Saturday for normal service. He said they would be at my house on Monday between 10 a.m. and 12 noon. Arrived at 10:10 a.m., with both he and assistant wearing a mask, and cleared drain by 10:30 a.m. Great service in all respects!

Al is a true professional and the only drain specialist I would trust. He was able to diagnose and correctly fix a clog issue that a previous plumber spent 3 separate visits unsuccessfully attempting to fix. He has a pecote miller machine that few in the area posses and was able to fix a difficult clog in my main sewer line with it and save me the cost of sewer line replacement. He spent 3 hours fixing my problem and was very good at explaining the problem and how he was going to fix. He also provides a copy of his HD color video feed if you want. He also took the time to check his work and cleaned up after he left. If you have a complex or even a simple clog, Al is definitely your man!

I was recommended Al by a local plumber when my kitchen drain and dishwasher were backing up. We had already tried to snake the drain to no avail. I called with a plumbing emergency and they were here in 30 minutes!
Plumbers arrived in their PPE equipment and were amazingly professional. The work was clean, fast and affordable. My regular plumber is good, and I like him, but he wasn't available. A neighbor recommended that I give these guys a call. No fault of my old plumber, he's good, but these guys are better. Did the job in half the normal time as my previous dude and cleaned up better too.
Now I have a new plumber!

*Note*
Tree roots grow in my waste line and need to be removed periodically. I guess I let it go too long. These guys augered and removed the roots from the pipe and got me up and running!!! If you think you have roots in your drain and it's running slow, call BEFORE you have an emergency, trust me, I know.

Highly recommend All Drains! I texted All Drains on Sunday morning, asking if they would come the next day for a non-emergency drain snake. He responded in minutes and we set up an appointment that was very convenient for me. He showed up on time, did a fantastic job, was friendly, polite, and professional, and he left the work area clean and tidy.
