We had a great experience with this company and we're keeping their number handy for all future repairs if needed! Les was early to the appointment, courteous, charged us exactly what he had quoted us and did the job in a timely fashion. Thanks Les for the great service!

Les is a really mellow and friendly guy. He's quick and honest about what needs to be fixed and it's always legit. He also explains what he's doing as he works so you can see exactly what's wrong with the pipes and appliances. Prices are affordable, especially if you're a renter and you land lord reimburses you. Definitely recommend!

Thank goodness for Les! He is absolutely amazing, quick and on top of things. Thanks for the great service :)

I called this morning with a water heater problem. Another plumber had been out about 3 months ago to fix it, but here we were again with no hot water. Les responded within the day, ordered a new water heater, and installed it by evening of the same day. Les actually charged me about $300 less than he had originally quoted me before doing the job. I think All Drains and Les are responsible, responsive, reliable and fair.
This was my third time calling All Drains and Les (two big jobs, one small). I have felt treated professionally and fairly each time...and he was immediately responsive to my plumbing problems. I don't think they get better than Les.
I will be calling him again in the future.

Les did a great job with fixing our center's leak. Friendly and efficient service! Thank you Les!

Les has Ben a reliable referral resource for my clients for years. He always has great response time, reasonable prices, and a positive attitude. If you need a plumber whom you can trust call Les!

I called for a quote and Les sounded very unprofessional and trying to brush me off. He quoted minimum $125.00 plus parts and will also charge $45.00 to just drive out to my house. I wouldn't bother using his service just by his phone manner!

I'd had two blocked outside drains since buying my house 18 months ago and always had two big puddles whenever it rained. I'd tried snaking the drains myself but gave up when I hit a bend in the pipe in case I did more harm than good. Time for the experts! I called All Drains, and within a couple of hours Les was at the house. Les snaked for a while but none of them were budging. Then lo and behold the first drain started draining! High five! This was the big breakthrough as now we could see where the end of the drain was, so could guess pretty well guess where the end of the second drain was. The only problem was that they were both coming out of a wall which had a big hedge in front of it which was obscuring the two drain outlets. I would need to get the gardener in now but now I had one drain unblocked, and a way forward for the second drain. I bought a cheap chainsaw, cut away the hedge branches, and within minutes had pulled out the blockage on the second drain (about a foot of muck and roots). So, after 18 months of wondering where these drains went, I now have two unblocked drains, so no more puddles. Les was only there for an hour, but without him and his perseverance I would still be wondering where the hell these drains went! Money well spent and I'd highly recommend All Drains to everyone.

I highly recommend All Drains Plumbing & Rooter. Les returned my phone call right away. He gave me an estimate over the phone and we set up an appointment for him to come out and fix my leaky faucet and slow draining bathtub. I appreciated that he called 30 min before our appointment to let me know he was on his way. He arrived promptly, he was friendly and straightforward. He fixed my drain and faucet. He charged me the amount quoted. He cleaned up after himself.
I had a couple additional small plumbing issues that I showed him. Instead of offering to handle them and charge me, he told me how I could fix those issues myself, which I really appreciated. I will definitely call Les the next time I need plumbing fixed.

We called out All Drains Plumbing to take a look at an issue we had where the toilet was bubbling up every time the shower, kitchen sink, or washing machine was running. Everything we looked up online prior to calling out the plumbers was that this was most likely tied to a venting issue.
When the plumber came out, however, he dismissed this idea outright, and since I'm not a professional plumber, I tend to go with the expertise of the people who do this for a living. He insisted that this was due to a blockage somewhere in the main, that would at the very least require snaking, which would cost $175. Seemed relatively reasonable. In order to snake, however, he also needed to remove the toilet, another $150. Fine.
A few hours and $350 later, after a snaking attempt that failed (which they still charged me for), a camera attempt that failed (which they tried to charge me for) and an inability to reproduce the same bubbling after removing the toilet (which they also charged me for), they basically said, ""Well, it seems like the problem is fixed.""
Now, barely two weeks later, guess what? The toilet is bubbling again, because they never addressed, or really ever acknowledged the underlying issue, which is the venting. They never got on the roof to check to make sure that there was no blockage in the vent, either, which we've since learned is a common issue.
Both guys that came out were definitely friendly, but not professional, and they spent more time ribbing each other and pointing out what the previous plumber had done wrong than doing a good job themselves.
Disappointed---we'll definitely be calling out another plumber to address the ongoing venting issue.
