The 100 year flood of Bensalem from July 2021 flooded and ruined my entire finished basement (man-cave). So since everything was trashed, I reached out to plumbers in the area to start working on the various things in the basement that needed attention.

Joe was very quick in answering my call and very direct in telling me what the problem was, what the solution is, and the cost of that solution.

I'm always apprehensive with hiring new contractors given the lack of relationship, but I took a leap of faith.

Joe's first help was replacing a dysfunctional sewage pump in my basement bathroom. The cost was much lower than larger plumbing companies in the area and Joe was able to schedule a lot quicker than they were also.

I was very happy with Joe's professionalism throughout the process and now have a repaired basement bathroom.

Other projects Joe has gone on to do for me: replacing the expansion tank on my water heater, rebuilding two toilets, and getting a toy stuck out of a toilet.

I will definitely keep All Drains as my permanent plumber for all of my needs in the future! Thank you Joe!

When our old copper ice maker line was leaking on the frig, my wife called Joe at All Drain's Plumbing he was able to come out the same day a few hours after she called. Joe fixed the water line in no time.
We also had a leaking drainpipe going in to our cinder block wall in the basement, I didn't know how bad this was till Joe said the copper pipe inside the wall could be corroded, Luckily it was just split and Joe was able to just cut the cider block wall and fix the pipe, What a great job and saved us a lot of money. Joe also patched the cider block and it looked like he never cut it open with a jack hammer. We couldn't be happier with Joe and All Drain's Plumbing. Highly recommend, Five stars. We have a new plumber for family and friends.

For the past year since our house was built we would occasionally get this flood of sewage smell in our basement and couldn't tell where it was coming from. We have a sewage ejector pump but everything was working (pump was pumping). It's just that sometimes the drains would smell terrible and it pervaded the entire basement. Other times everything would be completely normal.

After finally being convinced by my wife to call a plumber we reached out for competitive bids via Yelp. Joe at All Drains wrote back almost immediately and was at my house to diagnose the problem within a couple of hours. On a Saturday. (Note, this was not an emergency... we'd had the issue for months now)

When he came out, I loved how methodical he was. He explained everything he was doing and how it was helping to identify or eliminate possible causes. Eventually we figured out it was a venting issue and installing a couple air admittance valves should do the trick. He came out first thing on the next business day after buying the parts and got everything hooked up.

Very professional, kept a clean workspace and both diagnosed and solved a mystery problem that had been plaguing us for the better part of a year. Was also very upfront on pricing and even offered a discount at the end. Would definitely call again.

Joe did a great job coming in on a Sunday afternoon to fix a crack in the tank of my toilet and doing a complete replacement. Highly recommend if you are a home owner of Levittown where these houses seem to always have something going on. Will use again for sure!
