Stay away from this company!! He told me he would be there, and never showed up! When I called back, he said he was on his way, and didn't show up for 4 hours! I was so upset. To top it off, he told me when he was finished that my bill would be higher because it was now after hours! WTH? Don't call this one!

After almost 30 years in our home, we started experiencing sewer back ups in early January. The 1st plumber/drain cleaner that came ended up not having sufficient rooter length to reach through our line. They presented us with a bill and then suggested that we call All Drains. Duane G. came and did not have success with his rooter due to it not being long enough. So he used his jet, which blew a hole through the length of our sewer line. After two weeks, we started experiencing back ups again. The weather was terrible and there was snow and ice, so we lived with using a minimal amount of water until the weather broke. Then we tried to get All Drains back out here, and on the phone he only suggested an even more expensive option of digging in the yard to install a cleanout access pipe.

$375 is a lot of money to pay for a 2 week ""fix"". No guarantee was offered and it took 6 weeks and many requests from us to even get a basic invoice/receipt. I did send a letter to All Drains requesting a partial refund, but have not heard a word back. We called in a 3rd drain cleaner after reading reviews carefully and speaking to the owner on the phone. They came out the next day and cleared our line using their rooter only and gave us a 6 month guarantee.

We've always called All Drains for our plumbing issues. When we first bought out house, we immediately had a plumbing problem (of course!), and called several people for quotes. Everyone was outrageous, and then we found All Drains. They came right out, fixed the problem, told us how to prevent it in the future, and saved us about $2,000.
I would never call anyone else in the area!
