All Drains 70

Our plumbing had stopped for a month or so (clogged drains, flooding, etc), and our landlord was dragging their feet to get the fix done. We called All Drains 70 to tell them of our situation, then we gave our information over to our landlord. We were scheduled for a service check the next day and the actual fix to be done the following week (it would've likely been done sooner, but our landlord might've been the one to push it to be done the next week). All Drains 70 came through on their end: They arrived right on time the following day to do a check-up, and arrived first thing in the morning the following week and got to work immediately. They dug up our yard (a rooting service had told us the previous week that we had a broken pipe), found the broken pipe, and... couldn't do much else. AT&T had installed fiber optic cables in our neighborhood, and one of them CUT RIGHT THROUGH our sewage pipe. The cost to make a workaround fix was astronomical, and now it was on AT&T's end to make it right (sadly, there's hundreds of horror stories of them taking MONTHS to pay claims - and they'll *never* send anyone to actually move/remove the fiber optics - so we don't have high hopes for them). Despite the problem not getting fixed (not really anything they can do about it on their end), we were still very thankful for All Drains 70's professionalism and punctuality! If only our other maintenance fixes were done this quickly.
BUT we can use our shower and toilet again! All Drains 70 at least left the break open (with caution tape placed securely all around, of course) to allow one exit of the broken pipe to reach the other... Our neighborhood may stink a little for a bit, but hopefully AT&T pulls through on their end and pays for everyone's inconvenience (we weren't the only house to lose plumbing from this cable being installed).
For the sake of their professionalism, punctuality, and transparency, we give All Drains 70: 5 Stars!

Through our home warranty, All Drains was sent out to replace leaking water heaters. Josh did a great job! He was professional, courteous, thoughtful, and thorough. I'm pleased with what he did, and how he did it. Thanks!

This is our second time to use All Drains 70 and we are pleased with their work. We had a leaking faucet which he fixed (so glad we didn't have to replace) and then switched out two other old faucets and toilet. All this was done in one visit. No going for parts or ordering and coming back. It's nice to have them prepared.
