I contacted these guys to install a new water heater and fix a leak. After a bumpy start, I called them and they set an appointment for the next day. The plumber came out and gave me the no nonsense explanation. I was wanting to go to a tankless system but he showed me how expensive it was and after doing the math I opted to just go with a replacement tank. On the day of installation they were promptly on time and in no time at all I had a fixed leak and a new water heater.

I have tree roots in the pipes. So I need to call the plumber every six months. Recently I need a plumber every month. So I went to google to learn about how to deal with my sewer problems. I found this company and found that they can do the Trenchless Sewer Replacement. They brought a camera and tracking device to go through the pipe and showed me the root blockage spots and explained how they could do the replacement. I agreed with the estimate and gave them the job. They completed the job in one full day although it was over very hot on that day.
I would say Raffi and his crew are professional and did the job nice and clean. He even offered a 25years pipe guarantee for the job.

Oh My Gosh! This plumbing service is a jewel to have. Had a problem with the water heater light not turning on. After a week of no hot water.Moses came by to the rescue and fixed the water heater. Turned out it was only a two-second fix. Also, coming by very professional, thoughtful, and on-time within the time range. He also does a good job explaining the problems with the water heater. Just recommend and need help. They offer discounts which are also very good at the time of COVID 19.

Luis and his team were amazing to work with. I must have reached out to a few plumbers before them and none were are pleasant and helpful as Luis. He showed up at the time he said he would, performed the camera diagnostic test, invited me to join him in viewing the footage and provided me with the options for fixing my problem. He provided an estimate which was reasonable and fair. He did this on a Sunday after he attended church and did not have to charge me any of the outrageous surcharge fees large companies charge you.  He started working on my repair (which included digging out the pipe) that same day and finished the project the next day. This is a minority-owned, small business with superb customer service and technical skills.

We had All Drain Services Venice replace our old toilet; which had never functioned properly, with a new Toto. It is a huge improvement. It is much more efficient, quieter, has two levels of flush, and slow closing of seat and lid. The installer was prompt, friendly, efficient, and he left absolutely no mess. This is the second time I have used All Drain Services Venice. They installed my water heater. I was very happy with that job. I plan on using them for future plumbing needs.

Had a water heater that died after 26 years, it lived a great life. Called All Drain Services Venice who sent someone out for a Free estimate on a replacement. Adrian did the estimate, even though the price was higher than your big box stores Lowe's/Home Depot you have to look at the product being sold. Your big box stores sell lower end name brands. Where they are selling the Bradford White Defender series which they deal exclusively in water heater's. The actual install was accomplished same day by Danny. Super good individual who explained everything as it was done. Completed in under three hours. Super happy with how things went. Great experience with this company.

My kitchen drain was clogged, and I tried but could not clear it myself. I called All Drain Services Venice and their technician Danny showed up later the same day. Danny identified the problem and wrestled a powered snake from the kitchen drain all the way to the clean-out in front of the house to completely clear the blockage. He demonstrated the clear pipe by running water and we watched it flow through to the street. All this took less than an hour. He reassembled the drain pipes under the sink and checked for leaks. He also suggested some additional work to improve the water flow through the drain and gave me an estimate. All in all a very successful intervention!

I realized water pooling around the ejector pit cover every time we ran the washing machine in our basement probably meant our ejector pump was malfunctioning. I called All Drain Services Venice and within 1 day they had the old pump replaced and the new one up and running. Harry took my call and helped triage; Fernando was very efficient to diagnose over the phone; Fernando worked quickly and efficiently to get it done (he even showed up early to start working....that's a first for me. Before leaving he cleaned up after himself  and cautioned me about hazards related to the waste. Fernando also diagnosed a small gas leak from our gas dryer that we had missed. (completely unrelated issue). These guys go above and beyond...highly recommend..!
