My wife runs a home daycare and we called mid afternoon today for a clogged main sewer line. The technicians, Chello and Kialy arrived and were incredibly polite and professional and diagnosed the problem immediately. They resolved the issue quickly. Their response time was excellent and I was satisfied with their price.

I had back up in my home at the worst possible time (4 hours before a large dinner party)- I called All Drains after a neighbor recommended them. I cannot express how wonderful my experience was from start to finish! I called the office and was assured that help was on the way- and believe it or not the technician arrived in less than two hours as promised! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and an all around great guy...pleasure to have in my home. He cleared the blockage and thanks to All Drains my dinner party was a success. Cannot recommend this company enough! Thank you everyone at All Drains-my go to company from now on for any drain issues-hopefully I won't need them but it is wonderful to know that should an issue arise they will be there for me. Reasonably priced and arrived exactly as promised prepared to rescue me!

Had an issue with kitchen drain and disposal not working in an apartment I rent out. Called All Drain and they came out and installed new disposal and cleared drain. Apartment was empty and no used the disposal for a year and as soon as new tenants move in, they report drain and disposal not working again. Call up All Drain and they tell me their work is only warranted 30 days and I'd have to take up disposal not working with the manufacturer.

Look elsewhere. These people aren't even plumbers. They told me to go find one. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I have had this recurring problem with the drain in our driveway. We had Boston Drains come out a few years back and they said that the drain was fake and that it didn't drain anywhere. I found this hard to believe but, my partner is the one that had the interaction with them. In a previous home I owned I had All Drain come out and they were exceptional. So on Monday April 29,2019 I decided to give them a call for a second opinion. The women who answered the phone was professional, courteous and told me that someone would be able to come out today. I requested a 30 minute call ahead as I was working. Around 3:00 I received a call and she informed me that Marcelo would arrive at my home around 3:40. Traffic was very heavy. Marcelo arrived promptly and he started working to rectify the issue. He started to snake the drain and wasn't sure if it went anywhere. He didn't give up. Then we heard the snake going to the outer wall. It was at this point that we knew it did drain somewhere. He worked relentlessly to get the drain unclogged. And within 10-15 minutes the drain was flowing smoothly!!! I can't say enough about the professionalism of Marcelo. He also made some suggestions on how to keep the drain free from clogging. I wouldn't hesitate to call them or recommend them again. Excellent Experience.

CUSTOMER BEWARE- Extremely Poor Customer Service. Only care about the $$$. When the blockage could not be located in our main line by the technician, the technician offered us a discount for the service as the blockage was not cleared and recommended that we have a video inspection ($300-$400). The City came out to help, but All Drain Services told them they could not complete a complimentary video inspection of the lines because our main line was holding water. Less than 1 hour after the technician left, I decided to look at the main drain myself and realized it was NOT holding water and actually was draining fine now. I am not clear how long the technicians was lying to me about the status of our pipe. I called back to cancel the video inspection and the company has ""BLACKLISTED"" us as customers because we obtained a discount for a service and did not follow-up on the planned next steps.

On the plus side, a guy showed up quickly and fixed my clogged toilet effectively. Also, the customer service people were very pleasant and helpful over the phone answering all my questions.
On the minus side, they only warranty their work for 7 days. Plus the price tag for literally about 5 minutes work is pretty high: about $150 and that's with the yelp discount! But, in general, I was satisfied with All Drain Services. Hopefully, there will be no more issues for a very long time.

These folks are amazing. Our shower drain suddenly clogged and after a few attempts to fix the clog ourselves, some gross dust came out. We called a bunch of after hours plumbers that couldn't come out or who needed more information about the plumbing that we didn't have, as we are renters.

As soon as we got in touch with All Drain Services, we got a call back about ten minutes later from the person on call. I explained the problem, and that we couldn't wait until the morning to get it fixed. Someone came out, arriving about 40 minutes later. He explained what he was doing and why the clog happened (old building, old plumbing) and fixed it quickly. Of course, I'm hoping we don't need to have our drain snaked again, but if we do I will definitely be calling All Drain Services again!

Cannot say enough about the quick, expedient, professional service we received today from ALL DRAINS,!!! We truly had an emergency on our hands... With my 83 year old Mom who lives by herself with 3 clogged drains... no toilet, no kitchen sink and no shower to use, and with it being a Saturday afternoon, we were looking at a late night taking care of our Mom... So, at 4:00 pm I called ALL DRAINS and, believe it or not, by 7:15, all three drains were fixed!!! These people are simply awesome!!! The technician, Pete, who came out was compassionate with my Mom, very professional, very knowledgeable, very positive... just an all around ""nice young man"" as my brother mentioned... I will recommend this company to anyone and everyone!!! Thank you, All Drains for your great service!!!

We had a root issue, which we've had before, and needed help asap. Marcello showed up early this morning and instantly fixed our issue. He was helpful, friendly and professional (and quite handsome lol). All phone calls to the company were handled quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend this company for your drain clearing needs.

Be aware.

These guys are NOT licensed plumbers. They're ""just drain techs"" in the words of the guy still at my house right now, not actually fixing the thing that needs fixing (my under-sink disposal). He's just run a snake through the drain, told me that my disposal is the problem (it's what I called about to begin with), and told me that I ""need a real plumber"".

On the plus side, he came at 7:30 on a Saturday morning and only charged me $100.
