I can't say enough good things about my experience with All Drain.
My drain backed up on a Saturday afternoon. I called All Drain and an hour later they showed up and quickly and efficiently cleared the tree roots out of my drain line.
They were reasonably priced, even with the extra charge for a weekend appointment.
Johnna, who answered the phone, was extremely pleasant and she gave me a good idea of the price before they came out.
Dalton showed up and was super fast and knowledgeable. Before I knew it, my drain was clear and my weekend was saved.
I highly recommend this company. I'm so relieved to have this mess taken care of so quickly.
Robbie M.Super expensive $50 service fee, thats just to show up, i was quoted $285 to check to see what the problem is PLUSwhatever the cost of the repair. $410 quote if it was one thing and even more if it was another thing. I opted to not go forward 285 was to much just to find out what the issue was. Bottom line, i called another company Sam and Sons plumbing, they came out accessed the problem was just a clogged toilet and broken wax ring, they fixed that and installed a new shower head $125 to fix both. All drain was over $300 more and that was just for the toilet
My shower in the master bathroom would hardly turn off then broke free and would not turn off at all. Had to shut off the whole house. Within a little over an hour Dave with All Drain came and was great. Knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in a few minutes! Had picked up the part on his way! Totally back up and running with the water back on in under two hours. Really Appreciate Dave and All Drain solving my issue so quickly! Really fair price too! Could not be more pleased.
thank you All Drain!!

We will call them first in the future.
B M.When all the drains in your house or either slow or backing up, you know you have a mainline problem. My normal plumbers do not do mainline and recommended All Drain.
I called them Thursday evening before the holiday weekend expecting to be stalled. No, they had a man out the next day. He showed up on time and was very pleasant. He did not talk down to me nor dismiss my assessment.
He looked up the sewer line and realized that it took interesting turns and was longer than what he could do himself so told me a second man would be needed. I saw $$$$, but he quoted me what I thought was a very reasonable price(based upon internet searches).
Within 1/2 hour, second man was at site, and they lugged this 300lb monstrosity down my steps(I felt bad; they didn't complain). After they finished and was lugging the machine up the stairs, my husband, who had just gotten home, told them not to worry about cleaning up. They told him it was too late. The basement was clean, but they did suggest we sterilize the floor. Bleach is a wonderful thing.
After running water through all the sinks, the first man then handed me the bill. It was lower than the original quote. We gladly paid it. It has been over a week and the drains are doing great.
A BIG THANKS TO ALL DRAIN. I can now do laundry (Ugh) and clean the dishes (Ugh). The gentleman who came to our home for service was prompt, polite and efficient. We called in the morning for an appointment to fix our very clogged drain and were quickly given an appointment. The technician, David, did not waste time fixing our problem. Also, he called about 45 minutes prior to our scheduled time to let us know that he was on his way. We were very impressed with his work and the timely manner. Definitely would hire them again.

Daniel F.I attempted to schedule service appointments twice, both times the plumber never showed and I did not receive a call alerting me they would not be able to make or to reschedule. Terrible service, would recommend to avoid at all costs.
All Drain was unable to resolve my issue with my kitchen drain. They made a mess of the carpet which I am still trying to clean. They alluded to an potential issue with the pipes and that a camera should be sent down. I called another plumbing company, they came out and I was able to resolve my issue.
Justin K.All Drain use to be a good company, however now that they are under new ownership quality and service are the only things that go down the drain. They were called out to fix a clogged bathtub drain, ended up cracking a p-trap due to being rough (unknowingly), and never tested to see if they fixed the clog....surprise they did not, still clogged.
The manager refused to come out and fix the clog a day later (after the pipe was fixed at our expense). They said they don't do work for free, however they are willing to be paid for nothing.
Search elsewhere, you might pay a few extra dollars, but you might actually get the work done accurately and professionally, these guys are hacks.
Lois G.Last week-end, when I was washing clothes and the washer went into the drain cycle, water backed up in my kitchen sink. It backed-up on two loads of wash. I called and left a message and my call was promptly returned. On Monday, Rodney, the plumber from All Drain, came out, sized up the situation and the cause immediately. He had it fixed and my drains running clear in no time. I was very pleased with the results. I asked about preventive maintenance that I could do, and Rodney told me about the product his company recommends Pro Clean, a concentrated drain cleaner. I decided to get it, and the next night I did the recommended shock treatment for the drains. After the initial treatment, it is done once a month. I am happy to say that my drains are draining much faster this week-end. Very happy I called All Drain and pleased Rodney came out. He was thorough, professional and knew exactly what to do.
Thank you!
