Asked how much to service our units which are working fine and they want $75 per unit which is nuts as we just had our two units on our commercial units which were working fine and they charged $45 total as nothing had to be done to them. Typical over charging of we retired folks out here in the desert as they think we can't take it to the grave. Love to find some honest folks out here.

My 30 year old air conditioner needed to be replaced, I decided to do some research as I did not understand the HERS testing or permit process needed by the City;

I spoke with 3 companies to get 3 bids. Ed and Dan, a great father/son team arrived together, both with great energy and smiles. Ed spoke to me and explained in detail the process of removing and replacing the two units, the vent testing and what the costs of permits were. The bid was very fair compared to another company that told me testing/permits would be around $2,000! In actuality as Ed said they would be, the cost ran around $500 for both! I felt that they were honest and respectful of my ignorance, answered my questions and sent me a detailed bid of costs. I hired them; they kept a very clean work area, were very polite, showed up on time, finished the job in the time frame promised and the work passed all inspections.

I would highly recommend them for any HVAC or plumbing needs.

We recently bought a home in Palm Desert and almost immediately noticed a gas aroma near the clothes dryer. We called the Gas Co., who confirmed the leak and immediately shut off the gas that evening. We first called the home insurance folks to repair this under the the policy they issued, The next morning we heard from their plumber, who said they would come out 2 or 3 days later. Not wanting to go that long with no hot water, I did a little research (primarily on Yelp) for a good plumber, and I called Ed at All Desert that day, and he was at the house shortly thereafter. He fixed the gas leak, and found some poor plumbing and additional leaks at the furnace in the garage. We also found that the recirculating pump for hot water wasn't working. Ed fixed all of these issues quickly, and at a very reasonable price. We later had him replace the garbage disposal, which also didn't work, which he did quickly and again at a reasonable cost. Quick response, good work and reasonable pricing - you can't really ask for much more than that!

Amazing service!!! After leaving a message, I received a call back within 10 minutes. He happened to be in the neighborhood and was able to run over. Ed is the MAN! Returned call immediately and came within two hours to replace our hot water tank. His quote was excellent compared to a couple of others and his work was exceptional. Everything left clear and clean and actually better than when he arrived. I cannot recommend him highly enough and will certainly be using him in the future! :)

Ed was a nice enough person. The toilet water ran, and he put in new working parts system, and said ok I should be good to go. I paid him $150.00.
Just as he left my front door, the toilet began to run just like before. I was able to catch him before he reached his van. Ed came back in the house and looked at the toilet and said ""Sorry this toilet is too old and I can't get parts"". Ok so if that is the case, as a good business man would/should do is say, I will check around for a reasonable toilet for you. It stands to reason he would make a sale. Now after paying $150.00 I have to go buy a new toilet, pricing from $250.00+ plus installation. The way I see it, if he had suggested purchasing a new one up front, he would have made more money. #NOTHAPPY

Had new toilet installed. Upon taking the so called ""new working parts"" out, we found the flapper was an old one. He did NOT install a new one! #NOTHAPPY-AGAIN
