Over charged, refused to only pay for labor and the part. Said they would only replace tons of unnecessary items and tack on extra labor hours for things that were not needed. Quoted over $2,000 for a $300 job. Predatory business. They probably get a lot of elderly. Stay away.

Initially the individual who came to the house was professional and ethical after he sent me the emails communicating with him was off they have a system set up where it doesn't call the plumber directly it goes through a bunch of damn hoops not professional not ethical I consistently tried to reach him but I go to the receptionist I believe is set up cuz they don't trust their own plumbers and if you don't trust them I don't trust them it pissed me off basic things and communication you're not able to do with this company they might have the greatest service in the world but I never experienced that

If you need a plumber I HIGHLY recommend this place. They were able to complete the job in a timely manner, had a fair quote and I'm beyond impressed with how the repairs turned out. 10/10 would recommend. My technician was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood what was happening the entire time. 10/10 would recommend.

The techs are friendly but the quality of service has been terrible. We signed up for the annual maintenance package and ended up using them three times. Once the tech cracked our shower while fixing a handle and didn't tell us, another time they had to replace the element in a new water heater twice while draining it because of their error and the last time they flooded our garage while performing maintenance on the water heater. They left large amounts of pooling water and a garage full of wet belongings that took three days to dry out. I'd highly recommend you look elsewhere for you plumbing needs.

Made an appointment with Stephanie for today at 730. After waiting an hour for the plumber to come my agent called her this morning to double check on the time. She said told my agent that she didn't have me down for today. After hanging up. I receive a text message from that company saying the job with all day plumbing is cancelled? How could that be when Stephanie said she didn't schedule me. Maybe she forgot and she could've said she screwed up but she was so sure she didn't schedule me. Hmmmmm. Good thing I was able to call Affordable Drains and got a hold of Anthony who was able to come to the property right away.

I was so impressed by the service we received from All Day Plumbing. We had a leak under our sink from the garage disposal. He replaced our garbage disposal and fixed the flooring of the cabinet as well. Raymond and his son were very professional, on time and explained everything effectively. I would recommend this company to absolutely everyone.

Don't let Raymond's calm demeanor fool you. He's a professional through and through. I needed emergency repairs on a holiday weekend and called several plumbers, leaving messages with answering services. Raymond was the first to call back. He gave an ETA and arrived only minutes after expected. He took a look at the problem and quoted a more than fair price to take care of it on the spot. He was careful and through, not leaving a mess, and respected my home (he wore booties!). I couldn't be more pleased with how things went. PS: Be careful while hanging things behind a toilet.

We were only in town for a few days. We went to take a shower and the water was cold. It was pretty late but I made several calls and each one told me someone would get right back to me. Raymond with All Day Plumbing was the only one who got back with me that night. I told him about the water heater and he made an appointment to come out and look at the water heater to see if we needed to replace it. He came the next morning told us the problem and price and he came back with a new water heater that same day and installed it. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We now have a plumber in Va. Beach we can count on!!
