We have had their service since 2012 on the recommendation of a neighbor. We are very pleased with how efficiently they handle pumping our septic. They have made sure we are aware of how to maintain it properly. We live in a lake community which means our systems must be maintained well so that nothing can infiltrate or harm our lake. Their prices are fair. Employees are always polite and arrive when expected.

This is the third time i used this company. Never had a issue. They came on time and did a professional job at the cheapest price around. Believe me i call and price around every two yrs. This time around i scheduled online and i received a $50 discount code. I used to work for a company that did similar services and i know first hand the cost factor of disposing waste and running a fleet of trucks. I'm surprised they can service their customers at the rates they are charging. i received an email that the tech was on his way. He showed up about twenty mins later in well maintained truck. He could have not been more professional. He had me pumped out in about a half hr. When i told him that my children have moved out and it was just my wife and myself he made a suggestion that i may be able to go three yrs instead of two. Not only did he not try to sell me anything but by suggesting the three yr pump out would save me a bunch of money. As far as the bad reviews i have read anyone who owns a house and has their tank pumped on a regular basis should know that any septic company charges by the foot if they are do the digging. Also if someone tries to sell you a product wouldn't you have the common sense to ask how much first? If not let me know because i have a bridge to sell you. In closing,i just want to stress that this is a genuine review. I don't work for them,nor do i know anyone that does work for them. Just a customer who is very satisfied with the experience of hiring them.

NEVER EVER use this company.
NOT only this company try to sell you something at outrageous price , they are rude, impolite
and unprofessional. When you complain, they shout back and threaten to send you to
collection.
Bad news if you even call them!!!

The worst customer service at the top...they are liars...never returned phone calls...they overcharged me and put stuff on the invoice that was not true...all my neighbors use Jones Septic Service...much much better...BEWARE...it is very true about the additives, they are not required at all...will never do business again...will contact the NYSDEC and the Dutchess County Health Department to inform them of my recent service...Jones Septic Instead

Stay away from this company! They quoted my parents a digging price but didn't tell them it was PER FOOT! And then they used an additive that was $75 PER BOTTLE. My parents would NOT have okayed that had they known how much it was. They payed the original bill on the spot (without the extra charges) and then called the office to complain about the additional charges - TWO different people told them to tear up the bill - but then they received a letter from a collections agency. SCAM ARTISTS! I will be posting negative reviews all over social media.

I was using them to get my tank pumped, and for that alone they are fine. But once a problem arose, they tried to convince me I needed a whole new system and the pressure they put on me was enormous. Very glad I got a second opinion and was able to fix my problem for THOUSANDS less ten earth care tried to charge me. Also the additive they try and sell you (and I fell for) is totally unnecessary, just google it. I would never give them another cent of my money.
