Recommended Customer Reviews

Had some slow drains in the house and thought I knew where the drain line was and dug up the whole yard...when the coffee wore off I called a plumber who recommended this guy.....well, he was good on the phone, pricier than another guy, but said he'd come right over...OK, I was ready to end the story, find the drains and get on with the repairs. Keith showed up in a half hour and proceeded to video the drains, mark their location and give me a running dialogue of the drains and their condition. I learned a lot, saved a lot of grief and got some good input on the job ahead. He found a long lost clean-out and gave me a DVD of the video footage of the house drains that looks pretty good - at least good enough so that I can make some judgement as to how to fix my house. Very pleasant experience, he took a little time and interest in my plumbing problem didn't do some huge drama about my personal check and was on his merry way in a couple of hours...I'd give him five stars but he was $50 more than the next guy (who would only take cash) and I still think $300 is a little steep for this.
