Price gouging. I paid $1227.71 for a gas valve replacement on my water heater, and felt ripped off at the time. I later realized our realtor had purchased a homeowners insurance policy (UHP). UHP told us they could have completed the job for $329. Even assuming the insurer underpriced it, the difference is outrageous. I called the company and they said that's their standard charge. Not sure why anyone would use All Comfort, but if you do, might want to compare trip charges between providers. All Comfort's is high and once you get them in your home you feel stuck.

We had a problem with a water softener that All Comfort had installed a year and a half previously., we did not own the home then. Turns out the manufacturer of that water softener had gone out of business. The warranty was still in effect but I felt uncomfortable using it because once I did I would not have any warranty on the repairs and I didn't want to through good money after bad. All Comfort worked with me to get me a new water softener installed at a reasonable rate, not cheap but acceptable. They were pleasant to work with and got the problem handled in a timely fashion. Loved the plumber that they sent out. He educated me on how to properly take care of my water softener, this was important as I had never used one before. Overall we are pleased.

I called at 7 pm on a Tuesday evening and left a message as it was a non-emergency. I was contacted first thing the n cut morning with service available the same day. Our technician, Deven was excellent. He texted 20 minutes prior to arrival, provided up front pricing, was knowledgeable and very friendly. Service was done quickly and professionally and the pricing was fair and transparent. I would highly recommend this company.

Don't join their Comfort Club.

I was promised four services in the first year of their Comfort Club--a furnace inspection, AC inspection, electrical and plumbing inspections. I was also told they would reach out to me to schedule those services. Never happened. I had to reach out each time. So I decided to cancel my Club membership today when I called to schedule the furnace inspection. Was told that as soon as I cancelled, I'd be charged for the furnace inspection. So basically I made 12 payments to All Comfort for a total over $360 and they won't do the furnace inspection for free. Am done doing business with them.

Installation team, Jesse S. and Dylan were on time, pleasant, professional, The install was neat and clean-up complete.
Communication by All Comfort Service pre and post install was great.

All Comfort came within a few hours of when I first called and I appreciated that. The plumber was a Master plumber so I figured he knew what he was doing. He worked less than 1 hour and, due to upfront pricing, they charged me $934! When I agreed to that price, I thought it was a big job and would take 2-3 hours. He was done in 30 minutes and had to wait a few minutes for the city to turn the water back on. I was ripped off.

The handle on the kitchen sink water faucet broke completely off, leaving a steady trickle of water. Anthony made it a point to make our problem his first visit of the morning, after dropping his girls off at school. He installed a state-of-the-art replacement and tidied the sink in just a few minutes. We were very grateful to have an essential service back in time to make lunch.

Collin did above and beyond cleaning out a plugged kitchen drain with galvanized steel pipes in a house that was over 55 years old. It was challenging as equipment broke and new problems became known while fixing the problem. He had great communication skills and the bill was very reasonable after all the work. As things became challenging he asked for help from another team member and they worked to get it done! I highly recommend the A1 Comfort Team!
