Zero COVID 19 Safety Procedures.

I was disappointed how their staff showed up to my elderly parents home without masks, and without practicing social distancing.

Their staff continued to step closer and closer to my 86 year old Father, breathing and speaking directly into his face.

To see the absolute disregard for your elderly customers is appalling and disgusting.

I will be sending out an e-blast to my 18,000 social media followers discussing your casual disregard for COVID safety rules, and I'll make sure my Facebook and Instagram accounts all describe how closely your unmasked worker felt he needed to be to my 86 year old Father, perhaps he should of just kissed him if he wanted to be so close during this pandemic.

Technicians did not arrive at the scheduled time but I went ahead and rescheduled the following week. They arrived on schedule and did a great job rodding the cleanout drain in spite of it being clogged with a lot of tree roots. All Clear has done this work for me in the past and I have never had a problem with drainage after they rodded. This time was no different. Based on my experiences, I would recommend you give them a try.

I had a guy come out and tell me he couldn't get through to the main line. Then another company tell me they would have to tear up the street for 15k to fix the problem. Found these guys in flyer. They were able to get through and I'm so thankful for it. I did take off some stars because I'm 99% sure when I called about the $50 deal there was no mention of extra charges for larger blades so I do feel I was taken advantage of since I ended up paying $350. When I asked how much it would cost yearly for basically the same job I was told a few hundred. The math just doesn't add up. I think they were trying to recoup for the 1 1/2 hrs they were here or they knew I wouldn't care since they saved me thousands. I would recommend maybe getting the terms in writing or something to avoid this.

I had an issue with my shower faucet. The temperature wasn't working properly. I decided to call these guys because they were in the area. As I'm not a plumber but know a little, when they came I suggested that it was a good possibility that it was the cartridge. The expert insisted that it wasn't and that the whole thing needed to be replaced. Due to the fact my shower has surround, he told me they would have to cut the wall from the other side and replace the whole thing. Also that after they fix that they don't fix the wall. In all he said the job would be almost 1,200 dollars. I'm glad that I did my own research afterwards. I figured out how to take the cartridge out and replace to see if in fact that wasn't the issue before spending that kind of money. After all said and done I replaced the cartridge with ease and the shower has been working perfectly!!! In all the repair cost me 60 dollars instead of 1,200 and having to do repairs to the damage they would have made from replacing unnecessarily. The guys seemed very friendly but as you can see they are trying to make money instead of helping out customers. Beware!! Ask questions and definitely get another quote before you have them do anything. Good luck!!!!

The toilet flooded again the next day after All Clear Sewer & Plumbing left. I've reported them to the authorities and disputing unheard of charges. Also am filing with the mayors office for employees to enter my home without masks. There's also an infant living my home. I can't use the bathroom and the problem wasn't solved. This company is fraudulent and I want a refund. I was forced to sign a contract under duress. I was crying and very unsatisfied. Do not call this place for any sewer issues.

Called for routine maintenance on our water main and found out we had a significant break. Three stars because the work itself was done satisfactorily and in a timely fashion. I appreciated the speed with which the problem was diagnosed and steps were taken to get permits and start the work right away.

However, this company has a MAJOR communications problem (gaps between on site crew and office staff) that leaves a lot to be desired. We vacated the house for a couple days while the work was done because we have a small child and needed indoor plumbing. We were told the work would be done by Friday (it was a Wednesday) so we planned to be away until Friday.

First, they gave us a hard time about not paying them right away. We had put a large deposit on a credit card and planned to pay the final balance by check. We weren't staying nearby and we said we'd give them the check the next day when we arrived home. They told us the work was finished, but we came home on Friday morning only to find there was still a giant hole in the ground and a huge piece of equipment still sitting on our property. It was a little galling to be hassled about not being home to pay them, only to find out they weren't even done.

Then, even after we were told several times we did not need to be on site while the work was done, we were urgently summoned at least twice back to the house, and again, we were not close by. The second time was basically just to get our final check, which could have waited until the next day.

It was five days before they even attempted to cash the check. There was a problem with our bank, and they called us three times in ten minutes to tell us it was an emergency and we needed to call them back. The calls came at 6:30 pm, well after the bank was closed for the day. We assured them we would call the bank first thing in the morning to address the problem and they'd have their money shortly, but even this didn't seem satisfactory.

After the way I was treated - and the fact that I'm starting to feel like we got gouged on the price - three stars may be generous. But again, the problem was fixed and is warrantied so if you're willing to put up with the communications challenges then go for it.

Worst company ever! Do not get sucked into their cheap power rodding service. They only want to talk you into a more expensive service that you do not need. First off my appointment window was 10am - 3pm they didn't show up till 6pm. They worked on cleaning out my main sewage drain for about 20 min when one of the workers asked what is the price you were quoted. I told him I had a $50 coupon. About 5 min after I told him that he stopped trying to clear my drain and told me I had a broken pipe and that they couldn't go any further. They said it was also after hours so they couldn't call the city to get the permits to fix the problem. My basement was actively flooding and I asked them is there anything else you can do. They said no we've done all we can for tonight you have to wait till tomorrow for us to dig up your yard and fix the problem ($3,800 plus bonds $1,200 and permits). They didn't seem to concerned that my basement was currently flooding, not to mention we were on a flood warning for entire night. I called their office to ask if they could at least pump the water out of our sewer lines they said no we can't do that. The manager got on the phone and said he could fix my pipe right now but it would be $8,000 for an emergency service. I had another company come out the next morning told them the entire story and they recommended hydrojetting which All Clear never even told me about. And the hydrojetting working! Therefore I didn't need to spend over $5,000 to get my drains working again. This company doesn't care about their customers they just want to scam you into paying thousands of dollars for services you do not need!

This is the most unreputable company I have ever had the unfortunate circumstance to deal with. They overcharged for the service and wanted the same additional amount for clearing additional drains that were connected. They prefaced by saying that the connections may leak due to the age of the pea trap. They wanted an additional $125.00 to replace the trap. My husband put the new pea trap in six years ago. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it. But when he put the pipes back together, surprise a huge leak. I told them good bye and I would take care of it. I took it back apart and low and behold there was a gasket missing. I went to Lowe's, purchased the gasket for $1.29 and put the drain back together and surprise - no more leak.
Furthermore they did not clear up the problem that I had. Instead my very kind neighbor came over and listened to what I had to say and solved the problem. All drains flow the way they are supposed to flow.
I do not recommend this company.
