Good plumbers are hard to find, not to mention great ones, but that is exactly what we found with Joshua and his team at All Clear Plumbing & Rooter! This company provides prompt courteous service by knowledgeable technicians. They provide a 3-hour window of service and contact you when they are 30 minutes from arriving. They even wear booties to protect your home. I highly recommend this company as being prompt, thorough, fair and efficient at a good price.

Repair arrived on time, inspected the malfunctioning dishwasher and suggested we try resetting it and call him if the problem persisted. The problem persisted big time with a flooded kitchen floor. We called to reschedule repair, were given a time. The day before we had a call from a company official to say they were canceling the appointment until they could give us an estimate. I asked how an estimate could be arrived at without inspecting the problem - the woman had no idea. Called today to ask if the technician was coming and was told the company had canceled.
My advice to anyone with a dishwasher in trouble, DON'T CALL THIS COMPANY!!!
I was obliged to check the star rating but believe me, one is one too many.

I don't really want to leave this review, but at this point, I don't know how else to get their attention. They've no-showed on me twice after I booked appointments for them to look at problems. They won't return my calls or respond to voicemails. They did all the plumbing for the renovation of the house I purchased so I'd like to stick with them, but I don't see how I possibly can. I have an outdoor drain that isn't draining, and I need it dealt with, but it's been two weeks with nothing from them.

Their crew was working on a single-lane, hillside street yesterday, and they had a metal plate dropped off for work they were doing in the road. Unfortunately, the vehicle delivering the plate set up over a full foot from the curb, and another larger vehicle had a lot of difficulty getting past, since the plate delivery vehicle was parked so far into the narrow road.

This created a traffic jam that clogged the only route of ingress for emergency vehicles to access over 2000 homes in the hillside. And on this particular street, if there's a jam and an emergency vehicle needs to get past, there is no way for jammed cars to clear the road. There is just nowhere to go. In the past, fire engines have actually had to back down the hill when this happens. And the flagmen sent not only didn't prevent this from happening, but didn't even bother to help the other oversize truck navigate past the delivery vehicle. They just kind of stood there and watched.

It's frustrating when a vendor comes in and creates a situation that endangers the entire neighborhood, especially when it could have been completely prevented by parking closer to the curb and having flagmen more actively involved in managing a potentially extremely dangerous situation.

When I moved into a new house, there were two main issues - a back patio drain that was backed up, and a crack in the plumbing pipes to the street. They came out and hydrojetted/cleaned out the patio drain quickly and easily, and now water flows perfectly to the street. I later called them for the pipe fix. They send a camera in to find the crack, dug down under my driveway, fixed the crack (and cleaned all roots in the area), and cemented it back up perfectly. Fast and efficient and perfect at rates a bit lower than the competition. Highly recommended!

We had All Clear Plumbing & Rooter during our contingent home inspection and Eloy was awesome...giving us a good to go on the sewer, etc. Then we had him out to estimate a tankless water heater and fix the pipe in the crawl space that was leaking. We compared their estimate with one other company and All Clear came out the best plus their service and team is reliable, professional, and kind. Tankless heater works wonderfully and we are glad this one is done! Thanks!

Incredible team! We called after after already having someone come to our house two weeks ago to do the same job! Yesterday, the shower backed up with brown matter and water after just flushing the toilet. The team that came out was highly professional. Used a camera with a hydrojet, answered all of our questions and were immediately focused. DId not try to sell us extra services that we did not need.
