DO NOT CALL THEM. We had a leak in the line going into the floor from the toilet. My husband replaced it. Two days later water started leaking from it. I called All Clear and Al came out within an hour. He stated that I needed an entirely new pipe running through my basement and he could do it for about $500 without tax. I told him that I couldn't do that. He then went on to say that he could probably fix it inside the bathroom and didn't know how long it would hold for $300 without tax. I said I would let him know. I called The FixIt Man in Stanhope, who came within an hour also. He looked at it and took my husband wrench that was sitting on the sink and tightened the value three times and wala, it was fixed.... Of course, I had to pay for the service call of $75.00 and of course I did willingly!!! I called AllClear back and told him another plumber came and I felt like I was just SCAMMED and he was like this conversation is over and hung up on me. WELL, Al, I will let all of my friends and neighbors know never to call you ! Good luck with your business ! I will ask everyone I know to share my post !!!
