Before you contact all clear plumbing please consider other options. The plumber that came to my house was unprofessional, argumentative and rude. I called about my bathroom, I am still having the same problem. I contacted all clear manager and complain nothing was resolved. Please don't use All Clear do not waist your money, use anther plumbing company.

I am writing this review because I searched the reviews before hiring this company and I was happy with my service. I am returning the favor for the next person who is unsure of where to turn. I was given a fair estimate and then I was not pressured while I thought on the matter for a few days. The work was completed in a timely manner and was neat. I did not feel like I was being ripped off or swindled -which is so very important!

Lou Tropeano and his team at All Clear were a godsend for us. We are so thrilled with their services we couldn't wait to give them the positive review they deserve.

First, to give a little backstory, last weekend we had the dreaded sewer line back-up problem, something that every homeowner with aged plumbing worries about. We called one of the ""big name"" companies that was advertising a $99 coupon to snake the line (beware: this is bait). While we were grateful that they were able to get to us within a couple of hours to clear the line, we were prepared for the sales pitch that would follow. The next day the big name company sent out a salesman with a pipe camera to deliver the terrible news, which was that our orangeburg sewer line was about to collapse and we needed to hurry up and give them $18,000 to replace it before it ends up costing a whole lot more. That's what these high-pressure companies do, they scare the life out of you and hope that you're gullible enough to bite the hook. Luckily, we knew better.

After getting a couple of estimates, we decided to go with All Clear to do the job for multiple reasons. First, Lou (the personable owner with a great sense of humor) came out and promptly put our minds at ease. He spent a great deal of time with us, explaining exactly what was going on with our sewer line and laying out all of our options. We went back and forth a few times over the phone and through texts with Lou, asking him a lot of questions - some of them repeat questions. He was genuinely friendly and helpful, never losing an ounce of patience. Lou has decades of experience in the plumbing business, so we were confident we were in good hands, and that is another reason we chose him. Lastly, his pricing simply couldn't be beat.

In the end, we got a brand new trenchless HDPE sewer line for less than a quarter of what the big name company quoted us, AND he got the job done the VERY NEXT DAY after providing the estimate. Lou knew that we were worried about our sewer line collapsing, so he went above and beyond to get the township permits quickly so he could put our minds at ease. The job itself, which was surprisingly painless, was completed in about 6 hours. Aside from the fresh dirt where the two holes were dug and filled back in, you would never know they were here. His guys, George and Tom, were outstanding.

We are so very grateful to Lou and his team for all of their efforts. When you are happy with service like that, it doesn't hurt as much to hand over your hard-earned money. They earned every penny.

It gives me great pleasure to write this review, which will hopefully help future customers choose the right plumber. We highly recommend All Clear and wouldn't hesitate to call them for any future plumbing needs.

Been using these guys for years at two different locations. They never failed to come out within a couple hours whenever I call, often within the hour, even evenings and weekends. The folks who answer the phones are always helpful and eager to get someone out to you. No problems.

These people are crooks! Do not use this company!!! They told me I needed to repair my heating system as well as air conditioning for 15000 dollars and that was two years ago!!!! Called another company for another estimate and needed a simple cleaning of a hose for 109 dollars. System still working wonderfully! Dishonest company huge DISLIKE!

Called for a sewer back up. They answered the phone and was at my house within the hour. Gave me a price up front and stuck to it even though they had to do further work to clear the line. Best experience you can have paying a plumber lol.
