It's was a mess. Our older rental home was in need a lot of help. Dave-the owner - was the first to respond and Jimmy was on-site the same day, and the day after. All City made sure our tenant was able to use their kitchen sink.

Dave was highly responsive when I finally decided, after several months of a poorly flushing toilet, that I needed help. He quickly dispatched Jimmy who came out, went through a great elimination process, communicated superbly with me, isolated the problem, made the repair, put everything back where it belonged & graciously made his exit. I love these guys! They do what they say they're going to do, when they say they'll do it and are incredibly gracious in the process!

My main sewer line gets clogged by tree roots on the exterior of our house, and All City has come out a few times to help us fix it.

When this happened to me on Saturday, I called at least 10 different plumbers on Yelp with varying degrees of responsiveness and availability.

David (the owner) picked up right away and was one of the few who didn't immediately try to sell me on a more expensive solution (hydro-jetting vs. snaking). He also agreed to come fix it ASAP instead of me waiting until Monday for a crew, and kept me updated prior to the plumber arriving.

Jimmy showed up just after 9pm on a Saturday to help me solve the issue. He was polite, gracious at the late hour, and got immediately to work. He was extremely knowledgeable about the plumbing issues as well as more longer-term solutions to prevent this from happening to me again. He sterilized everything as he went and cleaned up really well before leaving.

These guys have a great work ethic (hopefully they take some time off to see their family and friends!) are very responsive and the price is right.

David was very thorough in his quote and made sure that we were aware of all aspects of the project and offered a competitive price. We had schedule setbacks due to poor weather but he managed it well with a temporary solution that helped during an interim period. His team was friendly and respectful.

Stop endlessly scrolling through sewer contractor reviews on Yelp and Google; hire David ASAP!

David and his team installed a new PVC side sewer in my backyard in October 2022. Previous sewer line was installed in the 60s and was concrete pipe.

David was incredibly processional, responsive, and took time to answer all of my questions. You can tell that he takes so much pride in his work!!! He would text me updates throughout the process; he always let me know when the inspector was arriving, when his team was coming to drop off materials, etc.

His work was top-notch for a very reasonable price. Up-front pricing, so no hidden fees. What you see on the estimate is what you pay, at least in my experience. A competitor offered to install a sewer liner; David's team trenched and installed an entirely new line for a similar price!

I'll be going back to David for all of my sewer needs in the future. Incredibly impressed!
