I had All City out a couple months back to fix a leak from the second floor that was ruining my drywall on the first floor. I ended up having the toilet replaced and a hold cut in my ceiling to check the leak of what I thought was toilet and sink. After the toilet was replaced I was told that was the problem, no leak from the sink. I was charged $1100! I am now paying another company to replace the drywall and they are not able to replace the area under the sink because it is leaking! This is after I was told that area wasn't a problem. So now I will be left with another hole in my ceiling until I can get it fixed and then pay again for the drywall replacement!

The silly American Standard had a wrong water tank cover packed in the box and Shawn made sure it got right by getting the correct replacement cover exchanged by the supplier in an hour.
