Shawn responded me very quickly regarding my quote request of my broken under mount sink. He came the next day and worked hard with his partner to get my sink fixed in less than 1.5hours. My sink looks refresh and works well.

Pros - initially responsive, fair price fast (1 plumber and 1 helper installed 4 toilets in 2.5 hours

Cons - not good at detailed finish and clean up. I paid All City and then requested the invoice which I never received. He also didn't set the fill valves to specs so i had to adjust all of them. Also see photos. Each item by itself is not a big deal but a lot of minor items. I'd suggest youn inspect everything and get an invoice before you pay

Shawn responded quickly (less 10 minutes) to my late Sunday night Yelp inquiry regarding our non-functioning water heater. I had reached out to them for a minor shower faucet replacement as I wasn't getting any hot water and Shawn responded very quickly and gave me a next day appointment to come and fix it, He was prompt and when he came in he found additional (major) issues which was the root cause. He had to change the cartridge and valve and he ran into challenges as it was a really old fixture and accessibility was an issue. What was going to be a 1 hr work , took 3 three hrs because of the complexity and I witnessed it. :) he treated it as an emergency as he did have other appointments which he put aside and finished the job nicely. He also gave me a reasonable quote and did checkin after/ following day if everything was working as it should. I would give a 5 star rating.
