Shawn is awesome! I was having problems getting my hot water heater pilot light to relight after it stopped working on Fathers Day. I went thru all the trouble shooting u-Tube videos and couldn't get the pilot light going. I couldn't even see a spark. Called the manufacturer, went over my troubleshooting steps and Rheem sent out free replacement parts. I called Shawn to set up an appointment for him to install the new part(s) once they arrived but he wanted to take a look first. He came out same day and had it working in about 3 minutes! I'm so thankful! His rates are extremely reasonable!

I read a lot of yelp reviews, I chose Shawn, and I was not disappointed. He answered the phone call right way and immediately promised to help fix it in two hours. My kitchen faucet had low water pressure. Handyman went to fix it, and it ended up messing up. There was no water in the whole house. When Shawn arrived, he found out the problem very accurately, explained the reason to me, and answered questions tirelessly. Maybe other plumbers can fix this problem, but i can say that no one can be timelier and more serious than Shawn, not even to mention the price is very reasonable and acceptable, I strongly recommend that you give it a try and call Shawn when you need a plumber. Oh my goodness! 1 guy wanted 3800. 1 guy wanted 850. I called Shawn, literally crying and looking for another estimate. He came to the house, found the problem right away and told me to call the city as the problem was actually at the street level. The city fixed it for free. Shawn charged me nothing to come give his expert opinion. And what a nice man he is too. Thanks! I'll be calling for more help! And it's my pleasure to recommend him!

Shawn was really responsive, he was the first one to get back to me for an emergency water heater breakdown on a Saturday night and showed up first thing Sunday AM. He asked pertinent questions and came prepared, was in and out in 2 hours. He even came back couple days later to check in on a minor issue I flagged to him on the new heater. Strongly recommend.

It was almost 12 midnight when we figured out our water heater was broken. We tried to send a request to Sean, and to our surprise, he responded right away. He came over and checked our water heater. We found out that it was already the right time to change our not so good quality water heater provided by our home builder. He gave us multiple options to help us determine and decide based on our budget and what is best for our home needs. His kind, patient and reasonable price lead us to choose his best quality product. He even replaced some poor quality parts like the tubing that was provided by the builder. Thank you Sean for your good service. They are highly recommended!!

I haven't had the opportunity to work with Shawn yet, but I'll have his number on standby for sure. I ran into a huge water leak with my sprinkler system and he was generous with his time, kind enough to facetime and try to help resolve though he was busy. We weren't able to resolve the issue over the call due to the existing faulty setup of my sprinkler system in my home (which was set up by another company) leaving a review because it's very hard to come by helpful people these days.

Water heater went out on a Sunday. Couldn't get anyone out on Sunday but scheduled an appointment with a different plumber and they advised they'd call me Monday to schedule. Without receiving a call I decided to look elsewhere. I called All City and they responded out very quickly. They located a similar water heater to what I had, picked it up and swapped it out along with associated pipes/tanks/valves. The owner is local and made himself available to returning if there was an issue. Very helpful and provided lots of advice. I should've called All City originally on Sunday. I'll likely use them in the future if I need to.
