They came out after a clogged main exit pipe was full of what appeared to be baby wipes and sewage. Without telling us they just left sewage, feces, and whatever else they unclogged on the lawn and in our bushes. They could have at least notified us that they were going to do that. We discovered it days later when a neighbor approached us about the smell and the ungodly site of waste and sewage.

I would not recommend All City Plumbing Two for the following reason. We had a leak in our laundry room wall and called them to check and repair the problem. Two plumbers showed up and checked out the leak and made a determination on how to repair it. Three and half hours later the leak appeared to be fixed. They left. In less than 30 minutes, I noticed water in the same location they had initially worked on the first time. I called Jason right away and was told the guys would come back after the current job they were working on. When they arrived I showed them the area that was leaking. They decided to replace a section of the pipe just above the area where they had previously replaced other piping. They informed me that I would have to pay for the additional time and material, which was understood. After that work was completed, they turned the water on. Suddenly water started spraying all over out of one of the joints that they had installed earlier. It took approximately 45 minutes to correct that mistake. When that was all done, All City Plumbing Two charged me for labor that included the 45 minutes of correcting the problem one of the plumbers caused and a $100 charge for approximately 2 feet of copper pipe. I felt that wasn't right, so I got in touch with Jason to try and rectify it, but he said it was the way he ran his business and would not listen to my complaint. I shouldn't have had to pay for his employee's mistake. The cost for additional material was outrageous. Will not use them again.

I would highly recommend All City Plumbing Two. Being new to the area, its sometimes hard to find a reliable contractor. Jason and his team were responsive to our hot water heater issue. They showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the issue, contacted the manufacturer to get a replacement part ordered. Jason informed me the part would be delivered the next day, it was unde and to contact him when it arrived. I did so and he replaced the part that day and no problems since. In the future I will definitely engage Jason and his team for all my plumbing needs!

Thank you for the great service. I recommend All City Plumbing Two. They are quick, efficient and very reasonably priced.

Called and spoke with owner regarding water faucet leaking in tub - was told because the house is old that I would need a new plate/valve - quoted me $641 - I asked how can you say what the problem is without seeing it first - his response was that's his expert opinion. To fix the faucet will be $200. You never said - hey before we do any unnecessary work let's check for pending leaks in the wall first - you just said that by doing the replacement would eliminate the worry of any future leaks. I told you money was tight due to family being out of work due to the coronavirus so for now let's fix the leaking faucet because why as a non plumber would I do a job if is not urgent to do so right now The service techs (2) come and while fixing the faucet say there is a leak behind the wall - this is a more serious problem and urgent - I tell them let's fix it thinking part of the work is done - they proceed to write up an order for the valve replacement but still charge $210 (10 extra for credit card and 95 for coming out) for the unnecessary work they did - because I find out later it will just be torn out - I called the owner and his response was """"I feel for you. I told you what needed to be done but you said you wanted the leaking faucet fixed and we did that. (but you didn't finish the job - see below) Yes I wanted you to come out and fix the leaking faucet but more importantly I wanted the job to done right and not just take your word for the more expensive job. I am not a plumber - I am a paying customer entitled to be properly informed and shown what the issues are. You could have and should have checked for leaks in the wall first (which the second plumber I had come out free of charge for a consult showed me in my sons bathroom - the tub is behind his wall and there's a panel in there) He agreed that it should have been addressed first before fixing the faucet which was not completed After speaking with owner I told the techs I wouldn't be replacing the valve- they left the fixtures that hold the faucets against the tub wall dangling unattached and mess was left in and around the tub - the universal faucets used before were not put on since I was told I would need different - Regardless of what I chose not to do - the ojob was not properly completed - I have video of the mess left which I showed the second plumber - he just looked at me and shook his head. He said he'll do the job AND for less then you. He also has compassion and empathy to understand his customers and gave me ninety days at the lower rate- since he understands you took my money for nothing of value to me. He just got a relieved, grateful and loyal customer. Buyer Beware! UPDATE New plumber tells me the valve stems you installed had no washers which is what caused the water to leak behind the wall - wow! You tried to double dip and charge me more for a problem you create. You're not getting paid - just called the credit card company and I'm disputing the charge

I was over charged by at least $1200 maybe more. I needed a hot water heater. When I saw the estimate I said it was high and asked why. The lady plumber told me it was the cost of the water heater. When I asked she said it was $1900. I asked why and was given a few reasons. I allowed the heater to be put in and the other things I wanted done to be taken care of. I supplied all the other stuff. The final bill was $3240. Today I found out the water heater goes for $565. I had not bought a water heater in over 20 years so I had no idea of cost.

Was given a quote to repair a vent stack by All City Plumbing Two, Inc. Received another quote from another plumber. All City Plumbing's quote was $500 more than the plumber I went with who was licensed and insured!

Disappointed in their decision to charge me a second """"trip fee"""" to cover their travel expense when they needed to return the same day to fix an issue they missed earlier that morning. Their misdiagnosis caused them to have to return. Why charge the client a second trip fee for your mistake? Gladly paid the cost of the additional repair but thought the trip fee was obnoxious.

Great service! They did the plumbing and corrected what had been previously done to our bathroom. They worked very swiftly and efficiently, and pricing was reasonable.

Guy that came out was very nice and professional. Think his name was Jeremy fixed my problem. Got my water back quickly. Thanks
