David Martinez was very professional. He has great knowledge of how to repair/fix with the types of materials required. He provided great advice for maintenance.

Our toilet was clogged and we needed urgent assistance. All City Plumbing was very responsive sending us a technician within a couple of hours. Michael the plumbing technician was very professional, he snaked the line but unfortunately it did not work, he then used a larger snake, he was very thorough, explaining the reasons and what could be causing the issue. Unfortunately he was unable to unclog our drain but he was very professional, he did not charge us, he recommended a hydro jet of our drain which can not be done until Monday (today is Saturday night), luckily we have another bathroom. He gave us all of the necessary information needed for us to make a decision. Very trustworthy, honest technician. I can tell this company is a good company.

I called All City around 2:30 pm on a Saturday and they had someone at my house between 4:30-5 same day. Miguel was able to immediately diagnose the issue, provide an estimate, and helped me understand what was wrong and what the solution was. Miguel got the parts he needed and worked late to make sure the repair was complete and correct before leaving. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and made sure to update me on the status of the project while he worked.

Sorry, this is late... I had a leak in my garage ceiling & needed a assessment of the leak & where it was coming from. The All City tech, Miguel Valtierra, was the one who responded. Miguel was very professional & friendly. He explained to me what would be done which involved opening up (cutting into) the ceiling and some of the wall. Of course this was alarming to me. To my relief, Miguel opened up the wall & ceiling but did not have to cut out gapping holes. He was able to determine exactly where the leak was & provided an recommendation about what needed to be repaired. Everything worked out well due to Miguel's great work! I highly recommend this company & tech!!!
