We worked with Carlos at All City who first came to help diagnose why a couple of our toilets were having increasingly more issues backing up. Carlos is knowledgeable and honest and clearly communicated the issues to us. He left on day one with a few recommendations and even sent me some texts with some options for new toilets that I could purchase myself. He came back the next day to install new toilets. Along the way he would stop and let me know his progress. He was very thorough and clean! Overall we had a really wonderful experience and I believe it was due to having such a great tech! I would definitely use All City again and will request Carlos every time if it's for anything plumbing related.

I needed to have my water heater replaced as soon as possible. Jordan arrived on time and was able to replace the water heater the same day! He was knowledgeable, respectful, friendly, and did his job well. He did not leave any mess anywhere and took the old water heater away. I will ask for Jordan whenever I call All City Plumbing.

They quoted me $4,000 for a job that most people pay $150 to $300. And a lot of people DIY. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with it yet, but I already did get a quote for $200 from a competitor. I can only guess this is the we saw a woman alone living in a nice area and figured she was too stupid to understand the value of this so we tried to overcharge her.

I was going to hire them both for some plumbing work and some electric work but because of this quote, I won't be trusting them to do anything. It's really a bummer that there are still organizations out there that try to take advantage of women thinking we won't figure out what they are doing. I'm sure if I had a man standing next to me during the estimate, it would have gone differently.

Jorge came out to help us identify several issues with our power, plugs, and dedicated circuits, and he was incredibly helpful, informative, and professional! He took time to not just evaluate the problem, but to help me (who knows next to nothing about electricity) to understand the what and the why! An amazing and professional technician came to our home today to provide us with ideas to assist my husband and I with our smoke detector issues. She was absolutely wonderful and her name is Cassia. She was very knowledgeable and if she wasn't certain about something, she reached out to her superiors for advice. We are still considering if we'd like to use this company, only because of the estimate quoted to us. And of course Cassia has no control over the pricing, however, we're still doing our research.
We have used this company in the past and of course was very satisfied with their service.

Our water heater gas valve stopped working last night so we called around and All City was able to schedule an appointment first thing this morning, but actually called back with a cancellation and came that same evening. They sent over Jordan who showed up in a clean uniform, nice branded work truck, was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Although he didn't have the gas valve on the truck that we needed he offered to find one first thing in the morning and come back and install. We decided overnight the current water heater was at its end of life so that next morning we asked Jordan to just replaced it. He gave us three pricing options and ended up putting in a new one and we were back up and running with hot water just a couple of hours later. We could not be happier with the service provided by All City Plumbing Air and Electrical. They are our new connection for all of our future needs. Be sure and ask for Jordan, you won't be disappointed.
