I was having an issue with a ceiling light fixture not working. Apparently no power to the wall switch.
I did some research and came up with All City after doing some careful reviews. I called the number listed and talked an All City reception person. She politely took all of my information, answered my questions , and set me up with an appointment with a tech. I was kept informed via text when and who the tech would be and when he would arrive.

Nathan H. showed up in the orange truck in front of my house exactly (unreal) at the time the text indicated he would arrive. Nathan explained what was required and what would be done in detail. No mysteries or surprises here. Within an hour Nathan diagnosed the issue and repaired the problem.

Nathan was professional and exceptional in his assessment and conduct. All City will be my 'go-to' for my electrical service in the future.

Surprise surprise! Even though seeing their bright and shiny cars all around town, I had no idea All City did anything outside of plumbing. In need of EV charger repair for my Tesla, they were thr most affordable diagnostic and had next day service available. The technician was a female (Cassia) which caught me off guard but when she showed up, I was polite, knowledgeable, professional, and kind. She took the time to explain the problem and provided a recommendation to avoid it in the future. Thanks All City!

Danny H was my technician on 3-25-25 for an AC tune-up that I scheduled from their $79 special promo. Danny is friendly & efficient. He did a great job in explaining everything about my unit. I ended up paying for one pound of refrigerant and after he called the main office, they approved to waive the $79. I really appreciate that! This company is very efficient keeping the customer informed when the technician is coming and sending a picture of the technician before he comes to your front door. FINAL THOUGHT ... I recommend All City Plumbing

They used to be great a few years ago, but my most recent experience was terrible. My water heater was sporadically turning on and off, and I noticed that each time it was off, the control panel that links to it was also off, and wouldn't turn back on again. I told the technician this problem and he proceeded to say that the control panel has nothing to do with the heater. Then he recommended flushing the tank and replacing the valves, which have absolutely nothing to do with the problem and would have cost over $1k together. Luckily he needed to run out to get the supplies, and in the mean time we called the manufacturer, who confirmed that the control panel being off was indeed the problem. When the technician heard this, he finally took a look at the electric cable that led from the control panel to the heater and noticed the wire was broken - that was the actual problem, and one he couldn't even fix! I had to call in an electrician to do it, and due to the back and forth, did not have hot water for days. Will not be using them again, and also, would recommend everyone call the manufacturer before hiring them to make sure you don't get bamboozled.

I was experiencing water pressure issues. Called All City Plumbing and Joseph came out to do a visual inspection. He was observant and thoughtful as he discussed my issues and inspected the plumbing. My issues ended up being related to previous warranty work from another vendor, and I did not need All City to do any repairs. I'm extremely satisfied with All City's approach to do the right thing for their customers, even if it means they aren't being paid. Joseph has a ton of integrity, is a very knowledgeable plumber and I recommend All City as a plumbing resource for everyone.
