they broke our pipe left camera in pipe bc they were tryingto sell us on a job we didnt need then got another piece of equipment stuck. and keft with a 4ft tall line sticking straight out of our drain vent on the roof .... these guys are so honest, negligent and horrible. do not call them.. and all city come get your equipment out and fix your mistake or else we will have to take you to court. stevee is the worst one left more stuck peices and hasnt called back

We called for our kitchen sink was not draining well, when we made the appointment they said it would 89.00 when he arrived with out even looking he said it would be 649.00 we ask him to leave. I called the office and complained within 2 minutes the tech is at my door saying he would unclog it for the 89.00 we said no thank you. Scammers

Talk about great/amazing/ fantastic service.
The whole electrical team was AMAZING! Juan, Mikey, and George were absolutely great guys! They were nice and easy to get along with. They did great work and took great care of our belongings and house. They all worked together well and kicked butt doing our rewiring. The head of the project: Nathan, was super understanding with our needs, great communicator, and hard worker! He is a fantastic person and helped us establish a plans and quotes! Which he came up with 3 different options. (which was a rewiring on a 1950's plaster home.) Nate gave us a time estimate of the rewiring for 6-7 days, but they got it done in 5! He would notify when he would be working, who would be (team members) included on those days as well as what time they would be arriving. He was rarely late and when he was he would notify us. The whole team would move all our items so we didn't have to do the heavy lifting. They respected our cultural items and our space. They treated our home with care and respect. They cleaned up after themselves and kept the mess to the minimum (even with a plaster home). The permits are included with pricing so we didn't have to worry. The patching work is also included. They did not have to tear up any walls which was great because that was one of our fears. We did go over our estimate that we established with them, but only because of the item we wanted. So we asked for dimmer in some parts of the house, as well as a fan in the bathroom and a couple of other things. I have had 3 projects done by All-City and each time was an easy process. They do wonderful work and take care of their customers. If I need any work done to our home and the company can provide, they're the first ones I call.

A home inspector recommended All City Plumbing & Air when I noticed I had water damage coming from my ceiling area. I called them and Daniel Munoz came out later that day to check my HVAC system. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He took pictures and videos of what the issue was and what he was going to replace/fix. We were also quoted a price that we thought was fair for the work he did. Would definitely recommend!

These guys were very professional and on time! My daughter dropped a toy down the Drain and Sergio A. Had the toy out within 5 minutes. He was very friendly and respectful. If I have any issues in the future, I will definitely will get a hold of these guys again. Would recommend their services to everyone!

Met with Sergio from All City Plumbing to replace some valves for the washer and dryer. While I know enough to be dangerous, I am not a plumber, and do not trust myself with sautering copper.

Anyway, the company was great, providing text message updates on when Sergio would arrive so I can plan my morning around the timeframe we had set for our meeting. Sergio showed up on time, just professionally, immediately got to work on my concerns.

He was incredibly nice, well groomed, and very professional. He provided detailed, succeed answers to my questions, and got the work done in a very timely fashion so I could get onto the other things I needed to do today. The job was done, so it looks aesthetically, pleasing, And he did not try to upsell or up charge me on anything I did not need.

It was a little more pricey than I anticipated, but I may have an anticipated idea of what plumbing should cost. Regardless, Sergio really provided the value for the money spent with his knowledge, timelines, and professionalism.

10/10 would use all state services again, as long as people of Sergio's caliber are the ones servicing the home.

Luis was very nice and considerate. He came promptly, was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He took time to explain pricing upfront, procedure and process. He always pointed out the problems, explained the issues and laid out the plan. I bad experiences from other companies so I reached out to ACP. Bottom line: Very trustworthy.
