Very poor service, the plumber didn't call that he was going to be late and NEVERED showed up the next day, I left 4 messages with the plumber and dispatcher.

The tech came and told me that the thermostat was wired wrong and now my furnace was beyond repair. He said I need to pay $9500 for a new furnace. They wanted $229 plus the $88 diagnostic fee just to replug the wires into the thermostat, when I asked why so much, he said because it's done by a professional.

I called someone else, they changed the thermostat and everything works great.

I had a slab leak coming from my hot water heater to the tune of 22 gal/hr and contacted multiple companies based on reviews. After the first company came out and gave me outrageous quote for things I didn't need or want I called All City. Liliana was couteous and responsive and I had a plumber out on a Sunday hours my initial contact on yelp. First let me say that Eduardo, who came out to assess, diagnose, and quote the repairs needed, was a gift from God. He was professional, his attention to detail is precise, he diagnosed exactly where the problem was quickly, and he asked and answered any questions I had. I can't thank Eduardo and All City plumbing enough for helping to resolve a difficult situation and completely satisfying me as a customer and homeowner. Eduardo must be protected at all costs, he's a real one. I can't recommened All City plumbing enough and I will be calling them again when needed!

I've used this company several times now for major plumbing issues at both of my homes. And they always send great people to help.
Recently had Gelacio working at my home due to our main sewer line backing up. Gelacio showed up quickly, and immediately came up with the diagnosis. The issue was more severe than we were hoping, but Gelacio was able to assist us with finance options and as soon as everything was signed he immediately started work on the big project. He did a fantastic job, and his communication with us during the project was outstanding. I will continue to do business with this company thanks to their great people like Gelacio!

Sergio was the guy that helped me out to clean the kitchen drainage system today and he was amazing! He was very patient and understanding of the situation and was willing to try again and again to fix the clogging issue. Definitely recommend for anyone who has all sorts of issue with their plumbing or clogging problems. On top of that the price was also very reasonable.

We had a few plumbing issues come up in a short span of time. We were very happy with our communication--text messages and phone calls were all helpful and prompt, and we were able to get someone to come out quickly. Angel was our plumber, and he was excellent. Punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and polite. We will ask for him again if something comes up, and think he did excellent work. He even was willing to stay until 7 PM to finish work started late in the day, which was above and beyond what we expected. It was great to have everything finished so quickly.

If you go see a doctor you want to go to an experienced and knowledgable doctor who can diagnose correctly on the spot. Yesterday my toilet and shower drain both were backed up and overflowing. My first plumber did not take care of the problem and so I called All City because of the reviews.

All City sent Anotonio who has over 25 years of experiences took care of the issue in 5 minutes. Literally 5 minutes, I couldn't believe my eyes when others took 2 hours to do that he can fix it so quickly.

The price is on the high end but I rather save the time and energy. Thank you Antonio and All City!
