Thanks to Shann and Mike for coming out to repair my slab leak. I would've given 5 stars if the price is lower. But they gained my trust, especially Shann who came out first to diagnosed the problem. He was thorough and explained everything. He even gave me his cell phone number so I can contact him directly for questions. They were both professional. I will recommend them to anyone who is wanting to use All City Plumbing for their plumbing needs.

Ever since i moved into the house, i already have some water pipe issue, i hired some contractors to attempt solving the problem, but none of them found the real root issue, so i always have leak at the same area every year. Until i called All City Plumbing. My plumber Anthony Zaldana found the root problem for the whole thing- The previous contractor who did the repiping done a horrible job, that's why the same leak happened over and over again. So Anthony did repiping for me, it was a long project. He worked very hard, put extra effort to the project. I'm really grateful that i don't have to worry about the same leak again next year. Sergio and the team are great. They promptly scheduled time to address the water leak I was having. Before rushing to prices, Sergio did a thorough assessment providing best practices and typical issues. Although we were not able to find the exact source due to the issue being underground, clear steps were advised. Would do business with them again.

They try to up sell you services you don't need. They told me it will be $2,400 for a shower faucet replacement. And they have to cut this and that. These people are a bunch of crooks. Don't use them go for a smaller company. I'm not about to pay your mortgage for an hour time job.

Received the best service from Anton the Plumber. He communicated well, explained the problem and also what steps he would take to remedy the issue with our toilet. I would recommend anyone needing quality work and service, use this company and ask for Anton! If I have any problems in the future, I will ask for him again!

Review based on leak quote: My house had a pin hole leak that was under concrete and earth. One weekend I decided to demo my concrete and dig up the ground to find this leak. Would you know it was buried beneath a bunch of other pipes at a T-section. The technician came on time and was pleasant. He evaluated the leak and location. Told me how difficult it was going to be and liability issues (which is why I was looking for a plumber in the first place). Ultimately, his quote came in 3-4 times other companies at $5k+.. my jaw dropped and I wish him a nice afternoon..

Following my review, Troy from All City Plumbing followed up regarding the service and apologized for the experience. He acknowledged that the job should have been properly diagnosed and fixed the first time around rather than have multiple quotes for different ""fixes"". He was very accommodating and provided excellent customer support. He was understanding and wanted to rectify the situation and provided a partial refund from the prior job completed in the summer. *This update was not contingent on the refund just FYI. He never requested that I revise my review or delete it.

I had work done on a HOA property. The roots were pretty thick that they couldn't hydrojet it even. I ended having to replace the branch line to the main line. Short story, they couldn't find the exact spot and they overcharged me for work they said they would do, like longshoring because my connection was 12 feet deep (they didn't even do the longshoring but was in the quote). They did a pipe blast which I think probably didn't need but they said I need from their initial assessment. The job cost was 25k-27k. We were stuck with using them, but I would seriously consider a smaller company first. Most companies can do these job, so go with less overhead company. They also in my opinion push for replacing your line with liners or pipe blasting if they see any roots. So, be careful. I asked another plumbing company that another owner in the HOA used (Crown City plumbing) after the repairs were made and their quote was lower. Could have saved a large amount of money.
