Following my review, Troy from All City Plumbing followed up regarding the service and apologized for the experience. He acknowledged that the job should have been properly diagnosed and fixed the first time around rather than have multiple quotes for different ""fixes"". He was very accommodating and provided excellent customer support. He was understanding and wanted to rectify the situation and provided a partial refund from the prior job completed in the summer. *This update was not contingent on the refund just FYI. He never requested that I revise my review or delete it.

I had work done on a HOA property. The roots were pretty thick that they couldn't hydrojet it even. I ended having to replace the branch line to the main line. Short story, they couldn't find the exact spot and they overcharged me for work they said they would do, like longshoring because my connection was 12 feet deep (they didn't even do the longshoring but was in the quote). They did a pipe blast which I think probably didn't need but they said I need from their initial assessment. The job cost was 25k-27k. We were stuck with using them, but I would seriously consider a smaller company first. Most companies can do these job, so go with less overhead company. They also in my opinion push for replacing your line with liners or pipe blasting if they see any roots. So, be careful. I asked another plumbing company that another owner in the HOA used (Crown City plumbing) after the repairs were made and their quote was lower. Could have saved a large amount of money.

Manny from all City Plumbing cleared out our clogged bathroom drain and installed a new angle stop valve to replace the one that was leaking under the bathroom sink. Manny was very courteous, answered all my questions, did quality work and kept the work area super clean. An all-around great experience! Thank you!!

Troy came out the day I inquired about my problem, explained what needed to be done, and gave me a quote. He came back the next day and by early afternoon my problem was resolved. Great conversation, customer service, and quality work. Would highly recommend working with All City, a bonus if Troy is the one that provides the services.

He came due to a leak issue and was very prompt and professional and was able to pinpoint the root cause. On Feb 10 we called All City Plumbing for the first time to do five plumbing repairs for us. Raul came out & did a terrific job, far better than the technicians we had used in past several years. He was professional, courteous, thorough & efficient. He explained everything he would do & did it. Great cleanup job too! We were so pleased that we want him to come back to do another plumbing job for us in a couple of weeks.

Michael Olivares came out, looked at the issue, explained it to me and my landlord very clearly. He was able to swap the valves, fix any leaks quickly and effectively.
