James and his team (Don and Joe) worked so hard and did a great job repairing our entire sewer line.

What was quoted by another company as a small easy fix turned out to be the exact opposite.

In reality, our drain line was the original clay pipe from the house foundation to the street (which should have been replaced decades ago) and it was fully blocked with and cracked by tree roots. We have the All City team service our HVAC system so we called them in to help fix this issue since we know James is reliable, honest, and doesn't cut any corners. Sure enough the team came the next day and got started. They had to even go under the house to hand dig a run for the new drain line to repair the cracked one under our foundation. They worked as fast as they could (took 2-3wks for the full removal and replacement--it was a lot of work!), as clean as they could (they wore booties and prepped the floor any time they had to go in the house), and thought of all the details (they power washed the driveway, replaced part of the concrete walkway that had to be cut out).

While we had trenches in our front lawn we also decided to update our water service and replace the corroded galvanized piping which they priced fairly and did quickly too.

I can't speak to comparing their costs with others mainly since we trust James and respect his opinion (why ask the rest when you can just go to the best?). He will tell you what you can do, should do or need to do to even help you make the right decision (I appreciate options). He and the team also approach their work as if it was their home. They want to make sure your home is well taken care of like the investment that it is. They also have been in these situations too and understand how challenging it can be which was also kind of them.

We would and have recommended All City to our neighbors and local family since we know they do great work.

All City Plumbing is the BEST plumbing service I have ever experienced!!! I have multiple properties, and the service from DJ was exemplary. His ability to assess the problem, communicate most effectively, the options of repair as it relates to the involvement of the Insurance Company etc. was none that I've ever experienced. Given that All City Heating Air and Plumbing had the great fortune to hire someone of his caliber is greatly appreciated. As a seasoned Executive Administrator, I have great respect for how they choose their Technicians.

James Carthon from All City Heating & Air has to be one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. We needed a complete new Heating and AC System. The home we purchased, never had AC and the heater was a relic. We had the asbestos, venting and ducting all replaced. A beautiful brand new heater and of course the best part, the AC unit. James has the best smile, a kind heart, honest to his very core and does everything with a huge smile that will just ""Make Your Day!""
