James Carthon serviced the central heater for both my elderly parents house as well as mine. James is by far the most honest, trustworthy and helpful technician I have ever met in the HVAC industry. James not only worked quickly to solve the issue, but he made certain I understood exactly what he was servicing, why it would cost what it did and how the system operated. I am now a more knowledgeable homeowner because of James Carthon. The next call I make will be to All City Heating and Air for preventive summer maintenance on my central air conditioning. All City Plumbing is the BEST plumbing service I have ever experienced!!! I have multiple properties, and the service from DJ was exemplary. His ability to assess the problem, communicate most effectively, the options of repair as it relates to the involvement of the Insurance Company etc. was none that I've ever experienced. Given that All City Heating Air and Plumbing had the great fortune to hire someone of his caliber is greatly appreciated. As a seasoned Executive Administrator, I have great respect for how they choose their Technicians.

James Carthon from All City Heating & Air has to be one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. We needed a complete new Heating and AC System. The home we purchased, never had AC and the heater was a relic. We had the asbestos, venting and ducting all replaced. A beautiful brand new heater and of course the best part, the AC unit. James has the best smile, a kind heart, honest to his very core and does everything with a huge smile that will just ""Make Your Day!"" Originally needed gas line for a water heater to be replaced but ended up having both the gas line and water heater changed. James Carthon is the nicest, honest, trustworthy, and a stand-up gentleman. He did not try sell me something I didn't need and gave no pressure at all. James and Curtis installed new gas piping and a new water heater in a few hours. Both are very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. If I could give 10 stars, I would. When calling, got to love when they ask ""How can I make you smile today?"" Can't forget to give a shoutout to Desiree and Mark when scheduling an appointment and answering questions that I had. James and Curtis were awesome! We had a leak in 2 places (slab & wall) in my bathroom. They worked very hard and through their perseverance and diligence, they were able to save my marble floor.
