The garbage disposal was broken and the line clogged, leading to my dishwasher flooding the kitchen. Rome did a great job fixing it, and when I had a problem the next day (due to my own error), Rome got out to my house asap, so I am a happy customer! Will be using him again in the future.

I had an issue with low water pressure in our home. I literally called Rome at 5pm he said he would call me back and he did within 30 minutes (So the person who gave him one star for no return call, must not realize things happen)and he said he could stop by on his way home and was here by 7pm. He figured out that my water pressure discharge valve needed to be adjusted up. He was extremely professional, informative, and very nice! He explained to me what was going on with the valve and what was happening. He didn't force a replacement on me but gave me an estimation on how much is would cost once I asked. I didn't end up making the replacement because it wasn't need yet. Rome didn't charge me anything for adjusting the water pressure and doing the evaluation. I will definitely call Rome when I need to replace that valve. Thanks Rome!

I always hate to be put in a position to give one star, but I apparently encountered a different Rome than everyone else.

I called him Tuesday afternoon and set an appointment for 10:00 Wednesday for him to come by and look at a job at my house. When we hadn't heard from him at 11:00 I called. Left a voice mail. Didn't hear back for a while so I sent a text a 1:00 as the voice mail greeting suggested. Still didn't hear back. Sent the text again at 4:00. Now it's 1:00 on Thursday, and I still have heard nothing.

I understand that things come up, but for him to ignore my messages is unacceptable for a service oriented business.

My toilet would not stop running. I called All City Drains because they are a local business with excellent reviews. All City Drains took care of the issue at a reasonable price. Rome and his colleague provided professional, efficient, and effective service. It is clear that All City Drains cares about the Park Hill neighborhood and building long-lasting relationships with clients.

Rome is great. I called him at noon, he was there by 2 and gone by 2:45 to fix my leaky spigot in my crawl space. All City Drains is great. I'll be going back to them in the future with any other plumbing issues I come across.
