I have had multiple AC repair companies come to my home due to two units failing and my Home warranty trying to repair vs replace 18 plus-year-old units. The unit that went out last year had 5 different AC companies come and try to repair after 6 months and 20 visits the unit was replaced. My first interaction with All Care was surprising, after calling to schedule an appointment, they had a tech out the same day. He got the unit running but said he would recommend replacement as no repair would keep this unit efficiently working. When the replacment day came they were out on time if not early. When I got home I found the new unit was not cooling, called them and they sent out a tech that night. Everything was good. Customer service was incredible, techs were polite and knowledgable. I highly recommend the customer service alone. I do not know what their prices are due to our home warranty but even if they were a few dollars more it would be worth it for the service alone.

I selected All Care Maintenance & Repair to be the repair company for my Home Warranty, American Home Shield. Laurie, and the two technicians; Justin and Nick did a great job of fixing my LENNOX AC Condenser and troubleshooting the repair quickly. Took a while to get the right authorization from AHS, but Laurie got the job done! Highly recommended professionals! There is a reason for the A+ Rating on BBB!

I was referred by this company by a friend that told me they were the best with great service and very fair pricing. Needed a new unit for our house and had to make sure that we were within our budget while not sacrificing on name brands or service. All Care was able to meet all of our needs! The process start to finish was quick and painless. The electricians as well as the AC installers are friendly and professional. I highly recommend to any of my friends or family. Way over priced and wasted my time. Roto Rooter fixed the same problem they quoted me for less than half their quote. I called on a Friday - they would not estimate over the phone and set me up for Monday. Plumber called on Monday and gave me a crazy estimate over the phone for replacing the fill valve and the flapper on one toilet $225!!! The plumber said he would need to move the appt from 12 to 3. Roto Rooter sent someone out who did the repair in less than 30 min and charged me $95. I have no idea why these other folks are giving them 5 stars. If they had provided the quote on Friday like I asked, I wouldn't have waited 3 days to get it fixed. Never again.

All Care Services was the contractor that my home warranty plan assigned to evaluate my old, not working system. They were prompt with the diagnostic work up and then followed through with replacement of the entire HVAC, offering courtesy from Kendall in the office to the installers, Brandon and Omari, who were professional, courteous, tidy, and pleasant! I will most definitely refer to any that are asking and also call on All Care Services for any other HVAC needs including routine service. Many thanks for a job well done! Ellen B

Doesn't pay their employees after working almost 3 weeks in a row no overtime [at or their commission has been paid out they keep using the excuse that they had to pay old bills

The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because I don't have an option of ZERO. I paid this company $3,000 for electrical work and their incompetent electrician failed 4 inspections and cost me several months of time on my project. I then had to hire another company to come in and fix what they messed up, at additional cost of $2,500. Communication is dismal. Stay away from these guys if you want something done correctly!

All Care installed an entire AC system including Handler in just a few hours in my condo. The technician, Aaron was very knowledgable and kept me informed through the installation proces. It had an electrical short due to some loose wires need the compressor, but they came out and diagnosed the issue and repaired at no charge. They are honest and reliable.
