I received a dispatch via Roto Rooter for this company. I needed a garbage disposal service at my condo in Atlanta. The technician came out and immediately wanted to replace the unit given it was 7 or 8 years old. I was told the price for replacement would be $450! I asked him to look at it to see if it could be repaired instead. He looked at it for 2 minutes and then went back to the """"it needs to be replaced"""" storyline. Looking online I saw that the replacement costs of the unit was around $95 so this would mean over $350 in labor. I paid the $29.99 dispatch fee and looking elsewhere. Outrageous labor costs. Would not recommend.
