Owner was belligerent and slurring his words before noon. Changed the price of the job, wasn't on time and extremely foul mouthed the whole time. Had no regard children were present. Terrible customer service and job performance.

I posted a review earlier saying that they did a good job....that was until I seen the fence and heard that there was no communication about the finished job... And now he's up to the price from 1200 to 6,000, not a businessman that's for sure and does not keep his word

What a day. We woke up with a strange hissing noise and after some investigation found out a pipe burst under the house. I called several local companies and explained the situation and was told they might get to us next week. Wait a second, would anyone want to wait for a week without water? I called All Britton plumbing and the gentleman was so kind and understanding. Even with snow and ice on the roads they somehow made it within a few hours and had it fixed in under an hour! They have definitely earned my loyalty for all my future plumbing problems. Thank you so much

Horrible company. Flooded my upstairs bathroom. Had to take him to court because he wouldn't give me his insurance information even though I have asked several times. I have a judgement against him. He agreed to pay, but still owes me $1400. Keeps making excuses on why he's not making money, but if he treats other people the way he has treated us or based on his work I can understand why he doesn't get paid. Didn't show up to court and yet some how he try's to put the blame on me because the judge put a bench warrant out for him. I have talked to other people that said he was a jerk also and doesn't show up on time. I will never use this company again and I would never recommend it to anybody else either. Sorry excuse for a plumbing company.

Crooks. All they care about is money. They have ZERO customer service. If you call them about fixing a problem they created, they will yell at you and call you names. They were hired to replace a tub. They did, very poorly. They cut a hole in the floor (going to under the house) and left the hole open. When asked to fix it, they refused and called me an idiot. They clearly stated (at least 40 times) that they don't do Sheetrock. Last time I checked, floors are made of wood. The REFUSED to come fix the hole and told me to call their lawyer. Both father and son yelled at me when I tried to explain the problem. Don't use them unless you like throwing money away and being treated like crap. What a horrible company and sad excuse for humans.

They ran a gas line to a new stovetop in my 100 year old home with ease. I was quoted over the phone and they stuck to it. Very friendly staff and would suggest them for anyone one with an older home, they do not take shortcuts.

Had water heater installed. They ran into needing additional parts, do to the the way it was previously installed. They were very fair and only charged the cost of the extra parts. Also they were very prompt they arrived one hour and a half from initial call. Expected to wait a couple of days. I checked several businesses and found All Britton to be the best value. I highly recommend this company and will use again.

I had All Britton out yesterday and they were fantastic. I had a clogged shower and they cleared it up in 5 minutes and they were also on time.Very courteous.
