Blessed - that is how we felt after working with Mike & the All Bay Sewer Team! We have a very challenging property with an uphill easement. Almost all the other quotes suggested the worst and most expensive approach to replacing the sewer line. Mike came in, like a leader, and knew exactly how to determine what the right answer should be and he nailed it. Mike, Megan, and the entire team gave us the most professional experience from day one to the very end of great communication, excellent work, fairness, honesty, caring, going above and beyond what was necessary, and passing the inspection with no problems. So happy to have found All Bay Sewer. The sewer replacement is a happy story in all the many stories of our remodel project. Thank you!

We had to do some work on our lateral sewer line to pass inspection, and most of our quotes were really astronomically high. Mike and All Bay Sewer were able to review sewer footage from the county to figure out how to complete the job at a very reasonable price, all while meeting the district's requirements. Mike was communicative, his crew did an incredibly professional job, and I just felt so relieved that someone was innovative enough to take a different approach to the problem. Highly recommended for a trustworthy and professional team. Thanks y'all!

We recently had our sewer lateral replaced by Mike and his professional team. This was no easy task as we are on a slab foundation and an existing 70+ year old system to be replaced. There were unexpected complexities to overcome and they handled it without issue. They also had to remove 120 feet of stuck cleanout snake that another firm got stuck in the sewer. They put it all back together beautifully and it passed inspection on the first test.I would highly recommend All Bay Sewer they were a class act from Megan in the office to Mike in the field.

We had to have our sewer lateral fixed due to our redwood trees. This crew was awesome from start to finish.
My first call to them let me know right off that they were very professional. They kept us updated about scheduling and the permit process.
When they were on site, the crew was professional and kept the work area as tidy as possible. They were detail oriented, even saving flower bulbs I'd forgotten I'd planted.
During the process part of the sidewalk had to be removed. Once they finished the work and poured new concrete, you couldn't tell they had even been there.
And, their price and timeline was much better than the other estimates we received. Happily, I should never have to replace a sewer lateral again. But if I did, these are the guys to call.

I had All Bay Sewer replace my sewer lateral and I am completely satisfied with their job. Their price was competitive and their evaluation and quote was more detailed than their competitors. They did a great job installing the cleanouts and their concrete patch work blends in nicely. Despite excavating a mountain of dirt to get to the pipe they did not leave a mess. The area they were working in looks better than it did before. I will use their service again.

In Nov 2022 I was told by 2 diff plumbers that my underslab kitchen sink drain was broken and that a new line would have to be installed by going outside, cutting the outside patio and trenching for almost 90 feet .. Yikes
I diligently obtained some quotes for thousands of $ and was about to pull the trigger when I saw a very complimentary review of All Bay's owner. So I contacted him...got good feelings right away, at his suggestion we scoped the
existing drain only to discover it was NOT broken... So had been doing dishes in the bathroom needlessly for 2months. I did proceed and had Mike install a sewer cleanout in front of the house. Work was professional and prompt. The crew was careful and friendly... could not be more pleased....

Mike and team helped us out of a real jam. Out of three assessments we had of our blown sewer lateral, his was the most accurate in terms of diagnosing the problem and proposing a course of action (that anticipated some challenges unforeseen by the other guys). It was a tricky job, and they delivered it on bid with no overages (despite there being some real challenges that prolonged the job). Highly recommend.

We had the crew from All Bay Sewer replace our sewer line in Corte Madera.
The five men who did the job are about the hardest working men I have ever seen in my life. They do physically demanding and difficult work. At times it sounds like they are almost having fun doing it, talking and joking with each other while digging into the ground using hand tools.
Our job had some complications but they resolved them.
When the inspector came I told him that these men worked extraordinarily hard in difficult weather conditions to get the job done. The inspector replied, ""They are a good crew."" Their work passed inspection the first time.
Megan in the office was always helpful. Thanks to Mike and the crew for a good job.

For anyone looking for a sewer contractor, I highly recommend ALL BAY SEWER at 415-702-8626 or contact@allbaysewer.com. Mike Magatelli is the owner. I got 3 bids to my address my lateral sewer line problem. Mike's bid was significantly lower than the others, plus his communications and professionalism were superior. The work was completed yesterday and passed inspection. Today, I received my certificate of the sewer line meeting requirements. The process with Mike and his office manager, Megan, was easy, friendly, honest and, well, perfect from end to end. I would rate them a 6 if I could!

Our town (Corte Madera) requires a replacement of sewer laterals now, or when the house is sold.
Our house was built in 1955 with clay piping for the lateral from the house to the street main. Over the years (we live on an almost flat site with very little elevation) plant roots have intruded into the lateral requiring boring out on average three times annually.
We don't plan to leave our home in the future so we decided to put out bids for replacing the lateral. We collected five bids and decided to go with All Bay Sewer and it ""pipe burst"" technology.
Mike and his team completed the project in four days as bid, and connected a branch line to the former garage, which had been converted to an office and full bath in the 1970's.
All Bay's team was proficient, professional, and courteous. They took care to replace our courtyard pavers and level the site.
It w as a great job, which is the reason for this recommendation.
