All Bay Plumbing is the best plumber you will find hands down. I texted Zeke on a Sunday for a quote for my 84 yr old Mothers house, by Monday evening it was installed with a brand new one, a 6 yr warranty and the old one disposed of. His prices are very competitive around and he's a very honest guy. Thank you Zeke for the great work!!

On a Friday night a few weeks ago, I heard a mysterious hissing sound coming from our ceiling. We called All Bay Plumbing and Zeke advised us to turn off the water to the house. He promptly came over and when we turned the water back on, we could hear the hissing noise anymore! Zeke checked the meter and saw that it was running. I guiltily told him that I had leaky toilets, so he took the time to change all the flappers to get a tight seal. When we rechecked the meter, all the toilets were sealed and there was no sign of water movement. After over five minutes of staring at the meter, we both were satisfied that no water was moving into the house. Now I know we weren't hearing things, and Zeke believed us. With no stains and no spongy drywall, we decided to wait it out. Sunday morning, I saw a brown stain in the ceiling. I immediately called Zeke and he again promptly came over. He quickly cut through the ceiling and repaired the leaking pipes. Zeke was very friendly and professional and his work was clean and efficient!

Zeke decided to take my call on a Friday afternoon. At that point all other plumbing Co. were done and would not show til Monday at the earliest. Evenings were dipping into the 40's and we had NO HOT water.
Zeke and his staff were here Sat morning. Took 2 hours to pump water out of my basement and properly install our new water heater, without trying to up-sell me on anything. They were so professional! Btw, a very reputable local plumbing Co referred them to me. Highly, highly recommend them.

Cleaned my clean-out then 5 weeks later it had the same problem so I called and texted and left messages and no one called me or texted me back. Just greatly disappointed.

I had my kitchen renovated and added a bathroom. Zeke and his crew were the plumbing contractors for that job and did all the work. After the renovation was finished I had Zeke return to run some washer and drier water and gas pipes and move the plumbing from my old water heater to it's new location. All the work was first rate and any problems were addressed immediately. I highly recommend All Bay Plumbing.

Zeke is at the top of my list of ""good"" people you can truly count on, which is hard to come by these days. I had a tankless water heater that was only three years old and cost me a fortune in repairs. It stopped working (again) and when I called the company that usually serviced it they decided not to respond to me UGH! So with NO hot water I was on the hunt for another plumber with the expertise and knowledge I was looking for. I found most companies either didn't work with tankless heaters, didn't respond to my calls, or just didn't care. Then came Zeke, who I never met or spoke with before. He spent a very long time on the phone with me trying to troubleshoot the problem, which he did not charge me for. By 7:00pm that evening he was at my house getting my hot water back on. Later that week, we found out the water heater company just went out of business and we would need to replace it. It was after I had Zeke repipe and replace my tankless water heater that I decided to have him fix a much larger problem (I didn't know it was larger at the time). My water in the back of the house was mixing cold and hot incorrectly (think never warm, either burning hot or freezing cold) but we didn't know why or where the problem was coming from. Zeke worked very closely with my contractor and pinpointed the problem then proceeded to fixed it. While he was fixing the problem he was able to determine that the mixing valve in one of the showers was the cause of what was actually burning out the tankless water heater over and over again (think 3 years of repairs for no hot water, UGH!). If it weren't for Zeke's knowledge and skills I would have continued to have ongoing problems with my tankless water heaters breaking and me dumping crap loads of money into them.

After this experience I must say I will never call another plumbing company again. Zeke has saved me countless dollars in future repairs and has relieved me of a ton of stress. I will also add his helper, Brody, was very respectful, kind and professional-he fixed my leaking shower :)
Needless to say I am more than 100% satisfied and happy with All Bay Plumbing. Thanks guys!
