DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. DAVID BURTZ IS A THEIF AND DOES NOT RETURN CALLS. HE WILL SAY HE NEEDS TO ORDER A PART AND MAKE YOU PAY FOR THE PART AND NOT RETURN TO SERVICE YOUR APPLIANCE!! My mother has been waiting 10 days for him to come back and service he refrigerator after taking $400 dollars and proceeded to block her number, we repeated called him about an update or time to come. My mother has not only gotten scammed out of her money but her time was wasted. Disgusted by this. Do not use his service. His company goes by multiple names: All Atlanta services Ward appliances. Atlanta appliance.

AGREE on David Burtz. TERRIBLE! He did an original assessment upon which we paid $700 for parts and then charged us another $400 for the labor. He actually made things worse. Our freezer was making some ice, but was limited and now it makes NONE! He also charged us for a part for the refrigerator to help the water flow and it also did nothing. We had a dryer repairman from Mr. V who was nice enough to look at the fridge - he recommended a new water filter which we ordered from Amazon and that solved the problem. In addition, he looked at a garage fridge for us to fix the freezer and shock, he made that worse too. It makes a big rumbling sound now and everything is completely frozen over to the point we had to throw it all away. He has excuse after excuse - had Covid, traffic, fatality on the way here, no showing etc etc. We got taken. Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

David Burtz is a thief, liar, and scam artist. He took money from me (my bad) before job to order parts. While he responded to texts and phone calls he constantly made excuses and unfulfilled promises. Job never got done and he has my money from many months ago. Stay away from him in case he opens a new business unless he is lying about that also. Apparently he shut his business down.
