Had All Around Rooter out to my property for a Hydro Jetter and camera inspection. They did a really good job. They gave me an SD card with all of the inspection footage. I had slow draining pipes and the Hydro Jetter really helped. Tommy was the Technician and did an amazing job.

I had a backed up kitchen sink. I called and spoke with Elias and he said it would cost about $70 to snake it or maybe a few hundred to hydro blast it. His plumbers came out and snaked it, but couldn't get through. They said that there was a 90 degree angle in the pipe and it was completely blocked, and they would need to cut the pipe and alter the angle for easier flow. They were both very kind guys! However, the master plumber said it would cost $3200! I said that was too much, and he said he'd discount me $400. So, I actually paid $2890. I researched after the job was completed and I was definitely taken advantage of. The rate for that type of job (not cutting into walls) should have been at least about $1000+ less. I'm very disappointed because I really wanted to believe they were being honest.
UPDATE: I spoke with Elias and he agreed that the charge was too high. He adjusted the price and compensated me accordingly. I appreciate his efforts to make things right!

Elias, you were not in the conversation that I had with your ""MASTER PLUMER""! It was not a $1,600 quote! Do you think I would just agreed to any price he gave me ?! Just because Im a female doesn't mean I would be that gullible from $3,000+ then dropping to $1,800 in minutes. My gosh!!
