These guys are a joke. They come out half way look around and say we can't do this. You need a plumber when the plumber said call a septic guy
Vicious circle. Don't waste your time calling them
Wanted a 77 year old mad to dig up the cover for the septic tank.

Called All Around Pumping Service when we started having some plumbing issues. They came out, pumped our septic tank and said they would have a truck with a camera come by later in the afternoon. After waiting over 4 hours for someone to come, I called their number. Nobody answered the phone. NOBODY EVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALL. I had to reseal my septic tank myself to prevent anyone/anything from falling in. Called several times over the next week, nobody ever returned my calls. Exactly one week later to the day, I received an invoice and the due date was two days earlier than the date I received the invoice! A terrible way to run a business. Now I will have to hire another company to come out and finish the job because they never did. I will never use this company again, and will be sure to spread the word to everyone I know. If you want a job done well, and finished, do NOT use All Around Pumping Service!

I had to search for a company and found this one today. Our alarm was going off and we just moved in to our house last year. The company came out right away as I got lucky and just called before they were about to head out to Chicago. They came out and figured it was either we needed pumping or a new pump. Once they inspected further they realized all it was a a lose wire on our pump. They reconnected it and then let us know next year is when they should come out for pumping and to have a riser installed. They gave us a price so that we know what we are looking at and can prepare. Really nice guys Mitch and Cooper are the ones who came out. They could have easily told us we needed it pumped rather than just charge us for a service call. Such a relief ! He told us if we wanted to look in to other places or get quotes for the services for next year we could but we see no reason to go elsewhere when here is a company that was honest, polite, and helped fix our issue quickly. Thanks for all your help and we look forward to doing business with you again!
