I cannot say enough good things about this company! We had some water damage on the ceiling of our garage and decided to investigate. They were able to track down the slow leak to a single screw erroneously screwed into a sewage line BEHIND our kitchen cabinets by our home builders. The two men who came out were courteous, professional, honest, and exceptionally knowledgeable. I would not have been able to get this issue remedied without the proper diagnosis. I'm so grateful to All Around Plumbing Inc, and would high recommend them to everyone!

Totally unprofessional. They were working at a job and parked there truck in front of my house. I asked them several times to move and not park in front of my house. Staff was very rude and completely unprofessional. If they act like that to a non-customer, I can only imagine how they act when doing work.

All Around responded to my Dad's request for work and provided marvelous, professional, detailed work.

They made an old Army Sargent happy and we are grateful.

Save your money and hire someone else. Extremely high priced. You will find cheaper and high quality work else where. Thanks!

Time suck, did more talking than fixing. Never came back to finish the job. The job was incomplete, the issue still exists.

I called Moxley Plumbing, they came over fixed it immediately - no issues.

Use with caution, probably better off going elsewhere.

This is the most offensive plumbing outfit I have ever encountered. I made an appointment for one specific plumber, someone who had been to my house and we knew did quality work, and he was an older plumber that had been with the company and stayed when it was sold to the new owners. I was told I had to wait for a week, because he was booked up. I said no problem. Today when I opened my door for the appointment, another gentlemen was there, and I asked who he was. He said he was the plumber, but I said you were not who I requested, and no offense to you, but I wanted the plumber I had booked. I then called the office, who acted like it was no big deal that they switched the plumbers, but reluctantly agreed to send out my requested plumber. The service manager then calls me and tells me that I just don't want that plumber because he is Black. OMG! I TOLD HIM THAT WAS THE MOST OFFENSIVE THING I HAD HEARD and hung up the phone as he told me to take my business elsewhere. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER.

I have a water main that runs from the street into the basement, where it connects to my house pipes. There was a leak right at that connection. The plumber from another company came and said ""oh, no one is going to touch this, you have to change this whole pipe because it's old city pipe and the city of Frederick is making everyone change these"". Then they sent an estimate for $2400. Then another company said it would be $185 just to show up. I called All Around Plumbing who came in and fixed a leak for $200 dollars.

The gentleman that worked on this, Devin, looked at the pipe, got the right parts and repaired it. It took him about 1 hour 15 minutes, and he charged me 200 dollars.

I found these guys through Angie's List (top rated, btw) and they charged $150 to repair my bathroom faucet, which had been leaking steadily for months. The technician was professional, prompt and friendly. My experience from start to finish was smooth. They took the time to explain the issue (I live in a mid-century house so the hardware was older than me).

I've got a leaking outdoor faucet and will have them come back in the spring to replace that.

Highly recommend.

We used All Around Plumbing (AAP) several times over the course of about a year and a half, initially because their contact info appeared on several appliance stickers in our home. The work they did ranged from fixing a garbage disposal to fixing a bathtub faucet leak to replacing a water heater. They were generally nice and did good work albeit not the cheapest prices and the bathtub faucet leak did reappear within weeks. My real problem with this company is that they tried to pull a fast one on us and provided absolutely terrible customer service in the process.

After about a year of using them, their technician hand delivers an invoice to us that is dated roughly three weeks prior to when we purchased our home, so well over a year old. Apparently some pipes burst near the well while the house was for sale and the previous owner (a well-known local restaurateur with a history of not paying various service providers) never paid the bill. I immediately contact AAP to speak to their billing person and inform her of their error in evidently changing the name on the bill to my wife's and that we didn't purchase the house until several weeks after the date on the bill. She proceeds to tell me that the previous owner said it was ours, which simply wasn't true. I offer to provide proof of when we purchased the home and add that the previous owner should be well aware of when the transaction occurred. She says she understands and has it under control.

Two months later, we receive the same bill yet again with a great big past due stamp on it so I again call and speak to the billing person to inquire why they have sent it to us again. She proceeds to argue with me that the previous owner says it is ours despite the fact that they obviously had changed the name on the bill in the first place, which is illegal in and of itself. I offer again to provide proof of when we purchased the house but she refuses to take me up on the offer and, in fact, proceeds to tell me that since my wife's name is on the bill, she isn't going to talk to me about it and hangs up on me!!! I call back and of course she is unreachable so I leave a message for the owner to return my call instead. I also leave a message for their unscrupulous billing person informing her of the actual dates of when we purchased the property and that we were not going to be paying the bill and would file a claim with the BBB if necessary.

Eventually she calls back and explains that she verified with the county that I was telling the truth (gee, what a surprise; you could've just let me send you proof or not changed the name on the bill in the first place) and that she will speak with the previous owner who will likely continue to lie and AAP will end up writing it off because he's such a ""good"" client (who lies to you and forces you to write off legitimate invoices). Not once did she apologize for any miscommunication, an error, inconvenience, and certainly not for hanging up on me. I also never received a call from the owner either. Nothing. Just an inevitable call that they would put the correct name back on the bill.

Bottom line, All Around Plumbing is simply not worth the risk. You could get served someone else's bill and harassed for not paying it. Just use someone else.

I will share my experience. Called them because our sump pump was not working and needed to be replaced. They quoted us $250 for the part and we would pay install. We told them what if we bought our own part. They told us they would beat the price because they were cheaper. So we go with them. One plumber shows up, walks around for a bit. We go outside to see whats going on and we tell him all the information we have which hasn't changed. He then goes back to his truck a little confused. A second plumber is called out. They both walk around a bit, do some work then leave. Nothing was finished. This was a simple job that could have been done in a few hours with a decent plumber. A few days later one person comes out to finish the work. I get a bill a few days later for over $1200. I had to pay for the first two plumbers and all the helpful work they did (not sure why they needed 2) and again for the guy who had to come out again. The part and install was almost 3 times what we were quoted. NEVER again.
