I am giving this company 1 star based on their business practices. I asked for a repairman to take a look at my AC unit. He spent less than 2 minutes diagnosing my problem. His solution to my problem was to replace the whole furnace/AC. He quickly sold me on the most expensive unit as well as a $800 uv. They make it easy to do this with a quick no interest credit plan. Being skeptical I called a friend in the business of HVAC and had him take a look. In 15 minutes he not only fixed my problem but showed me the poor judgement I had made by calling this company. So I went from wasting $10000 to spending just over $150. Please be careful when they tell you your furnace is old and needs to be replaced.
