Very unprofessional. I rejected other plumbers (with the same estimated price but higher number and quality of reviews) because I had already scheduled an appointment with this agency. The plumber did not show up to the appointment (because of issues with his phone), and after I agreed to schedule a second one the next day, he didn't show up for a second time (no messages nor texts). I have a 2 days delay now and still have to go to another agency. :-(

I must say that Mr. Perez was very very experienced he had the job done within 20 minutes of his arrival he even went the extra mile and did a little extra and also he was very understanding about not having a lot of money he quoted me for $120 then when he got here he said I'll do it for 110 and he did such a great job and he was so thrifty and on time and such a pleasant person that is what a true professional should be like. So if you are in need of a plumber I would definitely go with all around plumbing and I wouldn't second-guess myself this guy is amazing.

I paid this company $280.00 for service to my tankless water heater then he would never return my calls or showed back up to replace the heater and I hire another company to do the job and when they came in they told me that the job that All Around Plumbing done was totally incorrect and it cost me an additional $325 to make the correction of something that All Around Plumbing did not do right the first time. I'm so disappointed. All Around plumbing work first and the other company completed work by the other company. the pipes were not welded correctly by All Around Plumbing.

Needed two vanities/sinks installed and one toilet. Karel answered my request for a quote on Yelp immediately, set me up with a service call the next morning, and showed up right on time. His pricing was far better than any other quote, he was an excellent communicator, and the work was done quickly and very well. After several failed attempts to even get a plumber to show up to provide a quote, we couldn't be happier with Karel. I hope I don't need his services often, but when I do, I'm calling him.

We found out late Saturday night our sewer line was blocked. My husband has been a plumber all his life in Pennsylvania so he was able to self diagnosis the issue. I researched for plumbers on Yelp and chose this company. The response was literally within minutes. I chose the time that worked for me the next day and Karel showed up as scheduled. His camera equipment showed exactly where the broken pipe was. It's located on the """"City's"""" side so I will call them tomorrow. I would definitely recommend this company and use him in the future.
