This company has serviced our church for years.
Six systems, in the church, as well as a rental we operate, which has two systems.
The services they have provided have included everything from periodic inspections, to specific system issues to full system installs.
To simplify, they are simply the best.
I would not consider anyone else for our home.

My dads been using Jaunsee and his crew for years at various locations and wouldn't consider another company. I finally had the need for All Around's services after my entire system was on its deathbed.

After an initial assessment, I was able to schedule the job in a matter of days which was great. The guys showed up on the early side of the timeframe they gave me which I appreciated, especially with me having to work from home due to COVID. They wore masks whenever inside my house, kept things clean, were very considerate of my working, friendly, and took the time to answer my questions with patience. The landscape of my unit's location slightly complicated things but they quickly and efficiently resolved any issue it caused. I was also extremely happy with the price, especially after my neighbor told me the cost for his unit for the exact same job.

I ended up stumbling upon All Around Home Air because of an issue I had with my HVAC system after moving into a new home. They participated with my Homeowners insurance so they were sent out to evaluate a leaky coil. They were extremely polite and honest about what was going on with my system, how the insurance company would handle it and how they suggest it be handled. They were right! The insurance company would only pay for a patch and they were back a year later to fix the same issue, only this time it was out of my pocket because I no longer had the policy. Prior to having them come replace the coil, I had another technician come out to perform routine services who confirmed the leak was back. He quoted me a price for repair and it was uncomfortably high. I called All Around Home Air to get a second quote and it was a $400 cheaper. They've been out several times to address issues and have always been fast and courteous as well as reasonably priced. It's hard finding someone you trust when it comes to stuff like this and I'm just glad I ended up sticking with them.

I would not use these folks ever again due to the poor service and attitude by one of their technicians by the name of Billy. I would not allow Billy back on our property again. He is not welcome here! Billy came out and supposedly fixed a problem on our HVAC. He guaranteed that he would not have to be back. Well, 6 weeks later ol' Billy Boy, had to come back and fix the HVAC because he did not correctly troubleshoot the problem the first time around. His attitude is and was terrible. I would not allow him nor his company back on our property. I cannot get more explicit than that!

In January, 2018 (during that extreme cold spell), Jaunsee Terrell replaced my furnace and heat pump system. He did an excellent job under difficult weather conditions. His price was fair, he was informative as to my options, and was prompt and professional. I strongly recommend him to everyone who needs service or replacement of a heat pump system. Jaunsee continues to be accessible when needed, and I will use him in the future for service. This is a good guy and you should call him. 5 Stars for sure.
