I was directed to this company through my home warranty company as there is something wrong with my jetted tub. I called them and booked an appointment for Saturday between 8 and 12. I called them around 9:15 to see what time I could expect them and they said it wouldn't be until 1 pm as they had an emergency. At 2:50 I called again as they hadn't shown and they then said they would be here between 4 and 6. They never showed and never called. I feel like they basically jerked me around all day and never intended on showing! If you have plumbing issue don't call them!!!

My home warranty company assigned me to this company. The first time, George set up a time to show up on a weekday between 10am and 2pm. He was a no show. I texted him numerous times that day as I took the day off, and he never responded until 6:30 pm where George claimed that the calendar appointment was in his personal calendar, but was somehow deleted by the insurance company, so he did not show up. When I asked him why he didn't respond to my numerous text messages, he had no excuse besides he thought the insurance company cancelled. He later had a different excuse for my insurance company as to why he was a no show (said someone in admin deleted the appointment).
He was again a no show for a rescheduled weekend appointment. I requested a new plumber from my home warranty company.
Agree with the other dissatisfied home warranty customers -- run the other way if you can!

George is a CROOK!! I had a clogged toilet. He failed to show up a few times after I have made the appointments to take a look at my clogged toilet. When he finally showed up, he told me that I need a brand new toilet (inferior brand) because there was no way around it, without looking at the toilet or figuring out why it didn't work. I believed him. $500 later, I found out there was nothing wrong with the toilet, only a dozen or so of disinfectant wipes stucked in there. I would have appreciated his professional opinion and pay him anyway. But he lied to me and charged me a hefty $500 for a new toilet when there was nothing wrong with the old one. Very disappointing!

We have a leak from our master bathroom that is manifesting as a spot in the ceiling downstairs. While the leak is clearly under the toilet, these guys insisted that it was under the shower. They angled the shower head toward the door, stated that the water that was coming out through it was the reason for the leak, and didn't bother to check whether there was anything wrong with the toilet. They spent all of 2 minutes with that. They did fix another toilet in the house that was making a terrible moaning sound, hence the two stars. I will nevertheless have to find someone to fix the leak, which has already cost me $75 through Fidelity national home warranty. I would not recommend these guys to anyone.

I was assigned this company by my insurance company to fix a clogged kitchen sink.
I experienced some scheduling issues, where they cancelled the first appointment due to an emergency, and informed me they would be late to the second appointment.
Those red flags aside, when they did finally show up, George and a partner spent no more than 5 minutes looking at my pipes and said all my plumbing had to be replaced. And that they'd have to cut up the walls and that there would be out of pocket expenses that insurance wouldn't cover.
Needless to say I thought that was a bit drastic, given there's an easily accessible clean out valve in the garage and I thought they should at least try something.
What confirms this review for me, however, is that the next plumber I called was able to resolve the problem in 30 minutes with a snake.
I do not recommend this company.

They came in and ""fixed a leak"" but not really. One day later the pipe started leaking again. They promised to come back but gave me a date that was days later. When I insited they come sooner, they flaked on me. They are rude and unprofessional.

I had the same issue as Carolyn S. We were referred to these guys through our home warranty for a leaking dishwasher and they didn't show up the first time and when we called to inquire where they were they said someone had cancelled the appointment. When they finally did show up the second attempt after the service window had passed they refused to take out the dishwasher to investigate the issue and instead suggested that we explore our insurance coverage because the only way they could assess the leak was by drilling through the outside of our house through our shingles which would have been ridiculously expensive and unnecessarily destructive. We finally had a contractor friend help us take out the dishwasher and quickly discovered that the issue was related to a small hole in the water hose connecting the dishwasher to the drain which was fixed in about an hour with an inexpensive replacement part from Home Depot.

I have tried to get these guys to come to fix a leaking bathroom sink 3 times. The first 2 times, they just never showed up / never called. The 3rd time, they came and apparently rang the wrong door bell. I then swa that they had texted that they were 10 min away, so called to check where they were. Apparently, when I called 8 minutes after the text message said they were to arrive, they had already left. They then refused to come back to keep the appointment. I found them through my home warranty service - Fidelity National Warranty, or I would have found someone better after the first two no shows. Run the other way if you can! What a waste of my time.

I had a problem with my shower leaking and called my home warranty. The first plumber assigned to me was a no-show and after reaching out to the home warranty again, I was set up with George from All&All Plumbing.
My experience was great. They were responsive and easy to reach by phone and set up an appointment the same week. The time window was broad but understandable given the nature of their job and they were coming to San Francisco.
Once they got here, they were very courteous. I keep shoe covers for guests but they were happy to take off their shoes at my request. Their troubleshooting of the problem was impressive and they quickly identified that the original home contractor used a part that was too short. There was a risk that they would have to break down some tiles in the wall in order to fix the problem but their careful study of the problem worked to avoid a major problem.

George was an absolute professional and did what he promised. He wears many hats. He has the expertise to do more than just plumbing, but also can excavate and repair concrete to get a difficult problems. He even put up, caulked, prime and painted our house siding taken down by a previous contractor. What a life saver!! We literally spent months trying to get a cracked kitchen pipe under siding, foundation and aggregate cement patio with multiple contractors, each with very specialized skills - neither one would either work on siding or concrete.
He simply took care of the job in days!! Next time we're thinking of bypassing home warranty for difficult jobs like this.
I highly recommend this company for your tough plumbing needs. Put it simply he gets the job done and is one stop shopping.
