Had Jaime come out and give me an estimate for some plumbing work on my kitchen that I had gutted and was remodeling. I could have done the work myself, but felt that Jamie would get it done quicker.

We set up the project date. He never showed or called. I finally called him 6 hours after he was supposed to show. He said he was on his way. Over an hour later he showed up for 15 minutes and just laid the gas line in the ditch. He said he would be back first thing tomorrow to finish up. The next day he never showed. I left several messages asking where he was. The final message I left was informing him that I would be hiring another plumber. He finally called back and said he would be at my house at 9 am sharp. He arrived at 9:20. I asked him what happened, why didn't he show up? He told me that he had taken on another project to help out a friend of a friend. Things went bad and he was ducking all his phone calls. Mind you, he never called to inform me that he was rescheduling my project.

He did the plumbing work. It was/is acceptable. He did hack out huge sections of wall studs that I ended up having to repair. He then had me write him a check to him personally and not to his company and it was $50.00 more then he had bid it for. The ended up throwing some plumbing parts and a old, leaking abs glue container into my hillside. I found it on one of my guava trees. We are an organic farm. I don't wont toxins leaking on to my fruit trees. Not sure why they did these considering that they had garbage bags that they had filled with other debris.

I am very disappointed in how I, a repeat customer and previous 5 star yelp reviewer, was treated. I will be finding another plumber for any of my next plumbing needs.

I was nervous about contacting a ""rip-off plumber"" for a water leak. Thanks to the Yelp reviews, I found All American Team, Inc. Jaime and his team go above and beyond to make things right, they found the leak under the slab that was costing me $600/month in water bills. They rerouted the water lines, repaired the drywall, repainted the walls, repaired the kitchen and living room floors. If I move to another town or state, I want to take them with me. Thank you for making a disaster into a great experience.

They work 24/7 and charge as much as weekdays. They did super good job and come on time as promissed. They work fast and charge reasonably. I recommend to anyone who needs plumbing.

Had some issues with my plumbing. They had someone come out within a couple of hours, efficiency was needed as it is a commercial building with production taking place. Quote was extemely reasonable compared to other services in the area. Professionial and courteous service. Highly recommend!

I purchased a new stove and it wouldn't fit snug against the wall because the pipe was too high and hit the back of the stove. I called several plumbers for prices and they were very expensive. I spoke with Jaime and he provided me with a reasonable estimate that was about $150 less than the other companies. He also told me he could come by right away and do the job. He came to the house within 15 minutes and the job was done within the hour. He was very nice, very professional and did a fantastic job. He cleaned up the mess made from relocating the pipe. He even gave me a tip on how to replace my aging water heater. Fantastic Job!

My husband and I are in the process of selling our house, and the buyer is requesting a bunch of repairs before the sale goes through. I called All American Team, Inc on Wednesday 8/5 to see if someone could drop by and give an estimate for 3-4 projects, and the man on the phone said he was actually going to be in the area so he would drop by that evening around 7pm. My husband made sure to get home before that and called around 8 to make sure we were still getting an estimate. Jaime told my husband that he did not say ""today"" he said Victor would be there ""Friday"". Friday came and went and nobody showed, and Victor did not answer his phone, or return our messages. We could have spent Wed, Thurs and Friday getting in touch with plumbers that would actually show up, but all of the good reviews here on Yelp made us think the guys at All American Team, Inc weren't the types to stand us up like that.

Update: Jaime saw my review and reached out to me. Apparently Victor works for another company and Jaime didn't know he stood us up.

I needed some work done on one of my properties and Jaime was great. Answered his phone and came right away. Very fair and honest and did whatever he could to take care of me. I will certainly use him again and refer as well.

We initially called Jamie at the end of last year to fix a flange in our toilet. He and his team came in very polite and professional and knocked it out same day. Toilet was good to go in 45 minutes, it was impressive. It was also comforting talking with Jamie. After they left we felt like , wow I wish all contractors were like that. We just got a good vibe. Leading to our next chapter of our relationship. About 4 months later I took a shower and , yup a huge leak creating a water fall in our kitchen. Luckily, so we thought we have our home warranty. They sent out royal service out of oceanside( please read our separate review on that company, not so good). To make a long story short their incompetent rude and plane insulting. Not only ruined our kitchen ceilings(BY KNOCKING HOLES ALL OVER OUR KITCHEN CEILING, but cut a hole in our second story sub floor along with our tiled closet. Yes there was a hole in our upstairs closet. I kicked him out at that point and calmed down(VERY STRESSFUL). Then we called back Jamie out of our own pocket because Royal Service offers us 400 bucks. Wow, not even close. Anyways, Jamie and his crew had not only fixed all the unecessary damage caused by Royal Service but also identified the original leak. Took him 5 minutes to figure it out UN like Royal Service. Jamie and his crew treated our home as if it was his own. We had plastic all over the place to ensure the least amount of dust and debree stayed contained instead of all over the house. It was so appreciated. There work was quick and we honestly couldn't even tell there was any damage caused from that other place. These guys are not only good tradesman but good people too. Very rare and so very appreciated. We ended up having Jamie completely renovate our bathroom as it needed updating anyways and we couldn't be more happy with the end result. Looks like a spa now. Thank you Jamie, well call you when we need anything else in the future.
