Great customer service! Was referred to Jaime from our home warranty plumber who was not able to find the leak. Jaime came out the same day, stopped the leak in 20 minutes and I would highly recommend him and his team.

I would like to know where those good ratings are coming from???
I received a quote from Jaime for installing two brand new toilets purchased by me and removal the old once. The quote was reasonable and the job was done by him and his team within 20 min.
Jaime left the promises before the job was finished and told me that I would pay the guy who was just finishing the job.
When I was ready to write a check I was told it was $120.00 more on the $160.00 job. I was so shocked that I wrote the check for $280.00.
I called Jaime with a question and was told that there was an additional part needed. My problem is that he did not inform me about that price increase when he was leaving, just told me "" you pay the other guy""
Afterwards I still wanted him to do other plumbing repair which he again gave me a reasonable quote. This time I thought I will only pay him the amount he quoted so at least I won't be taken for a ride on one of the jobs. I had called him a couple of times - ones he responded via text that he would call me later - never did, after waiting a couple of days I called again and was told that he was busy and would call me within a day or so - never did.
I am hoping that future customers will read not only the best reviews but all reviews. And I hope that we all as customers will do a diligent work while looking for a service and that we will be active on the NextDoor neighborhood platform and through our recommendations we will give chances to honest, trustworthy services.

Jaime Fernandez and his team were excellent! I called him the day right after I found out my water heater malfunctioned. He walked me through the whole process and asked me what the symptoms were, took pictures, and figured out right away what the problem was. He then made time out of his busy day to try and remedy the issue. After we found out that the leak was cause due to old age and sediments had build up over time clogging the tank. We decided the best option was to replace it. I wanted to go out with the old and in with the new. So I told Jaime let's go with the best tankless water heater because I wanted to have quality over quantity. We went over the options and my budget. Ultimately Navien NPE A-series was my best option. Don't get me wrong, it's not cheap. I told him I wanted my hot water up and running as soon as possible. He made the order and set up an appointment the next day 6:30am on a holiday weekend. After 3:30 hrs of installation it was well worth the money and time. I love my new tankless water heater. And the space it takes up it nothing compared to that ugly tank we had before. Unlimited hot water for a 2 and a half bedroom home. More energy efficient too! Thanks again Jaime and your team!

I called these guys on Thursday morning and now it's Saturday afternoon and no phone call back. So frustrating when you leave a message and nobody calls you back. Too bad, because I've used them before but I remember now that they didn't show up on the original time they said. I had to call back then and they rescheduled. This is the second time that there's no follow-through I will be using somebody else for my plumbing needs. Unreliable.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! We just bought a home in Temecula. During our home inspection several plumbing issues were overlooked by the home inspector. Upon our discovery of the problems, we called All American Team, Inc. and within an hour Jaime was on scene, repairing the problem. He went above and beyond and prepared a written analysis that resulted in us obtaining reimbursement for our expenses. He then returned a few days later to repair the drywall where he had to access the drain lines, and his patch work was perfect. You can't even tell it was patched. We then hired him to install new toilets and his price was significantly lower than our other estimates, and he hauled away the old toilets.

These guys get it they know how to run a successful Plumbing business.
Water heater went today and I went down to our local big box store and bought a W/H left in will call.

The referred Plumber shows up in four hours tells me I have all of this water damage which he claims was extensive, (little water on the ground occurred while I was draining the W/H) Told me I need a restoration company to come out and rebuild my platform because of mold and I should use my homeowner insurance because if the high cost. Told me he could do a temp. hook up for 1175.00
and after restoration company finishes their work he could come back for 500.00 and hook it up. The restoration work would be 1000s and day's of work.

I looked these guys up was impressed with their ratings and comments. I called at 4 PM he was here at 5 gone at 6 PM charged me 265.00 hauled my old W/H away and rolled up my hose. Before I hired these guys I called up a Plumber who has ripped me off before, he quoted me 775.00 if the water heater was on site. Just labor.

These guys are awesome. Buyer beware many rip offs out there.

Fantastic service! I had a non emergency plumbing issue that I couldn't address myself, so I checked yelp and I liked what I saw with All American. I gave them a call and Jaime answered on the first ring. He told me he was working but that he would do my job at noon. At around noon he texted me for my address and arrived a few minutes later. I showed him the issue and he got right to work. Thirty minutes later he had fixed a problem that I had been meaning to get fixed for years. Easy for him, it would have taken me the better part of an entire day. He made it look like child's play. I will highly recommend him and his company to anybody that asks for a recommendation on a local plumber.
