I called Friday afternoon to set up an appointment for leak detection. I was surprised when I was told that they could come by the next morning! Before I hung up I asked how much it would cost to come out to look at our situation - I was told no charge. I figured there would be some up sell when he got there, but we really needed to find the leak.
They were about 20 minutes late on the appointed time, but we live in a fairly remote area, so not too big of a deal. Loved that they showed up in a mask, so important right now!
When they arrived I described what our situation was and they got right to work on checking toilets, then the water heater and then the water softener. When my wife mentioned a noise she frequently heard at the clothes washer, he immediately found the problem was the water softener was continually passing water thru and down the drain. He solved it by hitting the bypass. Problem solved in less than 15 minutes!
I figured now I was going to find what 'no charge' meant in reality. I found out he meant what he said - NO CHARGE!
I whole heartedly endorse All American Team and especially Jaime F.

I received a quote from Jaime for installing two brand new toilets purchased by me and removal the old once. The quote was reasonable and the job was done by him and his team within 20 min.
Jaime left the promises before the job was finished and told me that I would pay the guy who was just finishing the job.
When I was ready to write a check I was told it was $120.00 more on the $160.00 job. I was so shocked that I wrote the check for $280.00.
I called Jaime with a question and was told that there was an additional part needed. My problem is that he did not inform me about that price increase when he was leaving, just told me "" you pay the other guy""
Afterwards I still wanted him to do other plumbing repair which he again gave me a reasonable quote. This time I thought I will only pay him the amount he quoted so at least I won't be taken for a ride on one of the jobs. I had called him a couple of times - ones he responded via text that he would call me later - never did, after waiting a couple of days I called again and was told that he was busy and would call me within a day or so - never did.
I am hoping that future customers will read not only the best reviews but all reviews. And I hope that we all as customers will do a diligent work while looking for a service and that we will be active on the NextDoor neighborhood platform and through our recommendations we will give chances to honest, trustworthy services.

Jaime Fernandez and his team were excellent! I called him the day right after I found out my water heater malfunctioned. He walked me through the whole process and asked me what the symptoms were, took pictures, and figured out right away what the problem was. He then made time out of his busy day to try and remedy the issue. After we found out that the leak was cause due to old age and sediments had build up over time clogging the tank. We decided the best option was to replace it. I wanted to go out with the old and in with the new. So I told Jaime let's go with the best tankless water heater because I wanted to have quality over quantity. We went over the options and my budget. Ultimately Navien NPE A-series was my best option. Don't get me wrong, it's not cheap. I told him I wanted my hot water up and running as soon as possible. He made the order and set up an appointment the next day 6:30am on a holiday weekend. After 3:30 hrs of installation it was well worth the money and time. I love my new tankless water heater. And the space it takes up it nothing compared to that ugly tank we had before. Unlimited hot water for a 2 and a half bedroom home. More energy efficient too! Thanks again Jaime and your team!

I called these guys on Thursday morning and now it's Saturday afternoon and no phone call back. So frustrating when you leave a message and nobody calls you back. Too bad, because I've used them before but I remember now that they didn't show up on the original time they said. I had to call back then and they rescheduled. This is the second time that there's no follow-through I will be using somebody else for my plumbing needs. Unreliable.
