Matt made our loss of water to the home from the well a passion project! He ran back and fourth on a 5 acer ranch leaving no stone unturned until he figured out the maze of pipes and hoses that no one else had gone to the trouble of figuring out! Numerous other plumbers had tried and just stopped when it was not a simple fix. We were surprised by his work ethic (staying till it was done) and his skills that got us back to indoor plumbing! I'm not kidding we had no water for over a week. I realize ours is a different kind pluming issue than most but if he can fix ours I can't imagine there is any plumbing issue he can't figure out!

We just moved out here to pahrump, nv and all of a sudden my water in my home just stopped working. After endless calls to different plumbers. All them didn't pick up their phones. So I went to a neighborhood Facebook page. A guy recommended Big John. I am so happy he did. Big John was able to fit me in right before he went to a big job he had. Toilets backed up on a Sunday ugh. He came out quickly then we figured out we had no clean out drain. Ridiculously hot outside and a Sunday but they dug and found the pipe, installed a clean out and then snaked it. Very reasonable price and did a great job. Will be using them from now on for all plumbing issues.

We called to have them help us with the septic at our Pahrump home. John and Tim were great from the beginning conversations to going out to the home.
Tim even called us when he was at the home to let us know what was going on. The best part is they snaked the line first and that is all it needed, which saved us money! They are upfront and great people to work with.

Great experience from the initial call for service through service execution. Phone rep and serviceman were very amiable and professional. He was very professional, punctual, and kind. He was very knowledgable and proficient, he fixed the problem within minutes. It's hard to find a honest and competent craftsman in town.
