Had a leaking water heater calling a few local plumbers from an internet search, the earliest I could get anyone was 48 hours out.
My husband contacted All American Services and they were able to replace our water heater that same day.
I am so glad I ignored some of the less than positive reviews because we are very satisfied with our experience from first contact to completion.
If you value a direct honest contractor that is not working for a larger non-local company that contracts out or a company that pressures employees to upsell customers rather than recognizing the need to not waste $$... look no further.

It's been 16 Months, since he started our 10 Day job ! ! He tore everything out and left more half of it incomplete. We didn't have water for 6 weeks, no hot water for 3 months. He installed a faulty water heater, we had someone else change out the elements and hook it up to power. He talked us into paying upfront which was stupid on our part. He's a scammer for sure.

I'd like to know how much this so called plumber pays to use other people's email addresses to post these positive reviews. They're all fake and lies. Hes a rip off and the work that he does do, is
Crap. Hes a take your money and run SCAMMER! BEWARE OF PAUL AND HIS CON COMPANY! If there was a -5 star rating, that's what I'd give this so called company. I had to click on a star for this review to post but he's not even worth a 1!!

I had a water heater purchased and installed for a new adu build. Paul and his team were super friendly, communicative, answered all my questions and represented a really great value. The project turned out excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to use them for other projects in the future.

Staff of All American services should be wearing superhero capes, because our experience was that's pretty much how Paul Wise operates. There are people who work hard, are flexible, professional and go the extra mile. But our experience of Paul was that he went BEYOND the extra mile. We were in such a bad situation when we found the water heater had flooded in the middle of the night (I am disabled and my husband teaches Special Education, and while it's not easy for anyone to miss work, for Sp. Ed. teachers it is extra hard). Being without water (not just without hot water) was really extremely difficult in our situation. Most of the plumbing companies we contacted couldn't come out for days (this happened on a Wednesday), and some of the large companies weren't even willing to give us information like a basic ballpark like-for-like quote over the phone. The 1 large company who did come out gave an estimate that was DOUBLE the price we paid Paul at All American. All American also worked with us to match a lower price. Paul worked so hard to make sure we had hot water, and was gracious about our decision-making process (we'd only had a couple hours sleep in this anxiety provoking home emergency situation & we were having difficulty communicating because of our fogged brains & overwhelm, but Paul was really helpful with information and communicated excellently). Basically, Paul at All American totally saved the day! And he even checked back a couple days later to make sure all was good. Thanks to him, it was!
