After two weeks of trying to get someone to come over to reseat my toilet with a new wax ring and then getting stood up four times by another company,O'B, I called All American Rodding because they were recommended by my mechanic. I got a prompt return call and they came out as promised right on time. Bill and Bill, father and son, also did the sewer line rodding besides taking care of the reseat, They were knowledgeable, quite enjoyable to talk to and really made sure they cleaned up everything perfectly when they were done. Also, very reasonable. I recommend them for their services.

I signed a contract in the fall of 2016 for two roddings: one in the fall of 2016 and one in the spring of 2017 for $300.00. Unfortunately, Bill Jr. was unavailable to conduct the spring 2017 rodding and I moved out of state in June 2017. In text messages with Bill Jr. he stated he would talk to his father about my refund of $150.00. To this date, despite letters, texts and leaving messages, I have not received my money nor any communication. I used to think this company was honest - not any more.

Contacted All American Rodding because my sewer line was backed up. Bill (owner) called me back right away and came over the very same day. His crew was polite, professional and resolved the issue the first time. Plus the price was fair in my opinion. Would definitely recommend them for all plumbing concerns.
