I have a 2 story home, 2.5 bath, 1 laundry with no sink, 1 kitchen and water heater. ""A standard house"" according to All American repipe sale rep ""MONTRI"". We had a 3rd slab leak that just happened two week ago and one drywall is still open and waiting for re-routing or repiping the whole house.

We called the office and scheduled for an estimate for repiping the house. Montri showed up and walked through every inch of the house. Then he wrote down the estimate with all the specs of the house and service included- $4800 for pex and $6200 for copper ( I have proof of this written quote). We chose Pex pipes. He then confirmed the price is all inclusive of the things he wrote on the estimate paper and final.

We told him that we are gathering more estimates and will make decisions soon. 1 hour later, we received a phone call from Montri telling us the revised quote is $6400 for the Pex pipes. We asked him ""what's the reason for such a big increase of $1600."" He said because you have a 2 story home and 2.5 baths.

I think the justification is absolutely ridiculous because he was in my house for 30 minutes talking and walking through every inch of the house. It's not like that he wasn't there when the written estimate was given. He's also a seasoned employee and foreman for the repipe job. He and the company completely lost the credibility and left a bad impression after the estimate. If All American repipe can't provide an honest and straight-forward estimate from the get-go, there's no guarantee that they will do a good job for the actual work.

I tried to give him a chance to fix his mistake or meet me half way for his mistake. He came back with ""I can only take $300 off of $6400"". I later found a company that was able to provide an honest and straight-forward estimate process. The best part is that the estimate is $1100 cheaper than the $6400 quote from All American Repipe. Bay at the back office told us if we find a quote cheaper elsewhere. They are able to match it, even beat it sometimes, but that's not the case. Everything seems deceptive with All American Repipe. I am glad that I did not choose them to repipe my house because I just don't trust them.

I chose another company to repipe my house because of their honesty, great workmanship and price point. They took care of our pex repiping, permits and patchworks in 3 days. And everything was exceptional.

All American Repipe probably started with low estimates to get your attention, and later they increase their quotes substantially. Maybe greed got the best of All American repipe because they probably think my house need repiping done asap. I would not recommend All American repipe to my neighbors or anyone who asks me based on my experience with All American repipe and Plumbing.

I called all American repipe after having water pressure problems during a remodel. Nick quickly came out to give me an estimate. I must say nick arrived on time was courteous, respectful, and a true professional. After a couple other bids, I felt All American repipe was a better company to go with.

They quickly scheduled the work. Nick and his team arrived on time, and quickly started working on my home. All the employees were respectful, and true professionals. I have no problem referring All American repipe to all my friends and family.

If you need a repipe job and can get on their calendar, All American Repipe & Plumbing are the go to guys. We hired them after dealing with multiple pinhole leaks and deciding not to risk waiting for the pipes to have a major leak.

We had All American repipe our two-story home with PEX and patched/textured the walls and handled all permitting in the course of one week. Every one of their employees was friendly, professional and focused on delivering a great end product: The one thing I really liked is when I was told that when a worker asks about a possible shortcut, the response they are given is ""How would you do the job for your mother"". Enough said.

Our plumbing is quieter, we receive hot water faster. All American Repipe & Plumbing is the way to go if you need to repipe.

All American Repipe & Plumbing recently completed a PEX repipe at our 2-story 4bd3ba house (built in 1986), and I have nothing but great things to say about Nick, Bay, Montry, and the rest of the team. It started with a pinhole copper pipe leak in the guest room (our third leak in the last two years), prompting us to explore repiping the house. I found AAR&P on Yelp and decided to give them a call based on their stellar reviews.

I first spoke to Bay in the office, who expertly went through our options as well as the associated costs. Despite Bay's suggestion, I took a chance and did not bother requesting other bids as he was very professional and the ballpark figure was more than reasonable.

On Day 1, the crew (led by Montry) showed up on-time and immediately went to work. They started by carefully covering our furniture with plastic and taped spill paper on the floor. Everyone on the team was courteous and extremely efficient, and Montry was also very patient in explaining the need to switch out our shower faucets to comply with city regulations. At the end of Day 1, we already had our water back and Montry took his time to ensure the work was properly done. They even swept and vacuumed the work areas clean prior to leaving.

On the days that followed, AAR&P also arranged for the city inspector to check/approve the repipe work, as well as coordinating the dry wall contractors, who were equally meticulous and did fantastic patchwork.

Lastly, I want to say a big thanks to Nick, who was there every step of the process. He is definitely a trustworthy and consummate professional who takes pride in the work AAR&P does for its customers. There were some issues not related to the repipe that Nick quickly and single-handedly took care of and he thus has our sincere gratitude.

We will be highly recommending AAR&P to our friends and family. Do yourself a favor--trust the Yelp reviews and hire them for your repiping needs.

If I could give higher than a 5 star review - I would! I am doing a MAJOR remodel on a house in Brea and decided to be proactive with a repipe due to the ""neighborhood reputation"" for plumbing leaks. I interviewed a couple of companies and felt I was getting an ""apples to apples"" quote from Nant. The options between copper & PEX were completely explained. All American had a very competitive estimate, but the basis for a strong review here would come when the work was performed.

All American's large crew (supervised by Paul) descended upon my house and each had specific tasks to efficiently bring a challenging project to a timely completion. The crew is not only knowledgeable, but they also took pride in their work (and took the time to be polite while they did their work .... even answering my questions). With a remodeling project of this magnitude, I really appreciated their ability to be flexible with scheduling, the setting of my new valves & water heater, and being able to work with minor changes during the installation. Overall this was a very favorable experience from start to finish - a feeling that is often lacking in the performance of many contractors. For pricing & quality of work, I would highly recommend this company!

I am very pleased with All American Repipe. My plumber who I always use was not able to come out and replace my gas line. I had been shut down because of a gas leak so my plumber called All American for me and had them call me. They came out within a couple hours and gave me the quote for the job. I trusted them because my plumber trusted them. Nick and Mike came out the next day and did everything in one day and did such a great job. I would highly recommend this company.

We are very happy with our decision to go with All American Repipe. I'm one to research for weeks any large purchase as well as anguish if I've picked the right company that is honest, competent and won't try to rip us off if there are small unforeseen changes. It took me a month to make a decision after getting 4 bids and we are so happy we went with All American Repipe. Their bid was VERY COMPETITIVE and they had the best reviews, so we hoped for the best and signed the contract.

These guys are honest hard-working pros! They were in and out of our 5 bedroom, 3 bath tri-level house in less than 10 hours (as we elected to save $ and have our drywall contactor do the drywall repairs.) On the day of the re-pipe, the 7 man crew showed up - each had a task, and each did their task extremely well. If they were done with their section, they helped each other.

When the Brea city inspector arrived on Monday to review their work, he said ""Job well done, these guys do great work"" & he signed off on our permit.

We are so impressed with their outstanding service. After the repipe on Friday, we decided to remove a tub on Monday, not part of the original plan, and that meant we would need to have the newly installed valve moved up the wall. We contacted All American and asked if they could come out on Tuesday since we our hot-mop contactor was coming to hot-mop the shower on Wednesday. Nant came out, after a long work day, and worked himself until after 5pm to accommodate, and HE DID! What is even more amazing, he didn't change us and he should have! Who does that in this day and age of greed & everyone worrying about the almighty dollar?

I would highly recommend All American Repipe to anyone who is seeking to re-pipe their home. True professionalism and a work ethic "" of the good ole' days"", make the customer happy.

PS. They never once mentioned Yelp or hinted that we give them a review.

Choose ALL AMERICAN REPIPE company based on quality of workmanship and customer service.
I contacted five repipe companies including ""REPIPE1"", ""INTEGRITY REPIPE"", ""PACIFIC COAST REPIPE"", ""MASTER SERV""and ALL AMERICAN REPIPE.
First off, Nant was the most knowledgable of all the sales reps. Second, he did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. Third, he was honest and direct. All the others sent out less than desirable sales reps. ALL AMERICAN REPIPE offered the most for my dollar while REPIPE1 was $2000 higher for fewer services. The others tried to sell me things I did not need. ALL AMERICAN REPIPE saved me an additional $400 by using my existing fixtures and not pressuring me to buy fixtures at a ridiculous mark up. Then I went to YELP to review ratings. ALL AMERICAN REPIPE has the best customer reviews by far. I also called their list of references and all the people I talked with loved them! Next I dealt with Bay, he is the office manager. He was professional and took care of the permit and scheduling. The crew came out and did a clean and professional job. Then the patching crew showed up and there was an issue that needed to be corrected. Nick the owner called me directly and handled the issue immediately. I won't get into all the details, but I will say the Nick stands by his work and his word. I have rarely seen such integrity and pride of ownership in a business owner. Please note that I am very demanding as far as price point and getting the best work possible. I recommend ALL AMERICAN REPIPE for their quality of workmanship and their integrity and customer service. They stand by their work.

I highly recommend Bay, Nant and the whole gang of All American Repipe & Plumbing. We hired them in March 2015, after discovering a second pinhole leak and deciding not to risk waiting for the worst: an eventual slab leak and/or total flood of our house.

AAR&P repiped our two-story home with PEX and installed a new water heater, patched/textured the walls and handled all permitting in the course of one week. Every one of their employees was friendly, professional and focused on delivering a great end product: Flawlessly-installed new plumbing behind walls you'd never know have been cut. (Based on my visits to several repiped homes, that last part, in particular, can't be said of all repipe providers.)

Our plumbing is quieter, we receive hot water faster and my family no longer deals with changes in water pressure or temperature when multiple faucets are in use. Plus, the peace of mind that comes from having brand new plumbing is priceless! :)

I researched the product options (coating, copper and PEX) and the companies people call most. In my opinion, All American Repipe & Plumbing is the way to go.

Ok, so if you know or have read my other reviews, I usually just complain when its deserved. However... finally I get to write a raving review. If you are reading this right now because you need a re-pipe done to your house, you can just stop and hire these guys. Did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. Period! Perfection! What really was surprising (based on other reviews of other companies that I looked at) was the ""finishing/patching"" job. We had holes everywhere. A necessary part of the job, of course. The patch job was so good that #1) you could not even tell there were holes (and we have textured walls) and #2) any of the walls that were white, we never even needed to paint. I didn't see paint anywhere, so whatever technology they used when they patched the walls, needed zero touch up from us. Even the stucco outside matched well enough that I didn't bother doing anything else. If there was a word beyond amazing, I would be using it. These guys rocked! Total pros and deserve all the business they get. Permits pulled, inspectors on time. Prep work was done perfectly. So, to sum it up, just hire these guys.
