In a time of crisis, All American Repipe and their manager Nant were a breath of fresh air.

As is always the case with plumbing issues, our slab leak could not have come at a worse time for our family. Additionally, where we live in South Orange County, if you have original copper piping, you know it's only a matter of time before the quality of the piping and the quality of the water makes it your turn for a house full of water. The same month we had our slab leak half a dozen houses on the block were also having plumbing issues and another half a dozen had re-piped in the last year, so we decided to go ahead and re-pipe our whole house. I did a lot of research on YELP and Angie's list in addition to talking to every person I knew that had gone down this path previously. Most people were generally satisfied with the final product from a variety of different firms, but I heard repeatedly from many that the overall customer service from some of the larger providers in this space left something to be desired. The reviews I saw on All American seemed to focus heavily on the nature of their service. At the end of the day I relied very heavily on the testimony of close family friend who manages several hundred rental properties and had used All American for most of his clients and to repipe his own home.

The description of the process, the cost, the timeline and the overall execution went very much as promised by Nant during the sales process. With any job of this scale, I am not even going to pretend that everything went perfectly without any glitches, but to me the key to customer service is what happens when things don't go as planned. As issues arose, Nant personally addressed them until the entire job was finished, beyond our expectation. I would gladly recommend All American Repipe to anyone who finds themselves in need of this major home improvement/mitigation.

The crew came on time, walked through with me and explained what would be done. Then the job was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up after themselves. All American came to me from a referral. I have never been so pleased with a company before. I have an older mobile home and other companies shy away from doing things. i needed my whole house re piped and new shower parts put in. Nick came out and gave me an estimate that was FAR BELOW what other companies were trying to charge me. He was friendly, on time, and straight to the point. The office staff , Remi, was also very helpful . The crew guys showed up on time. were clean, courteous, and very pleasant. I would highly recommend this company to any one that needs anything done.

We just bought a house and figured the water pressure was low due to old pipes. I called All-American Re-pipe after 3 coworkers had referred them to me. Nate was sent out to us and he was very nice and professional. He took time to go under the house and looked around. He even explained what certain pipes looked like, etc. It was a hot summer day and he had no complaints and had a pleasant personality. He told us we didn't need much done yet because most parts of the house have new piping. If we do need to re-pipe one day we'll definitely call this company. Will definitely be referring them.

We had our house repipe with Pax pipe year ago with All American Repipe & Plumbing. Nick came to our house gave us quotation. Their staff were very professional finished and finished the job on time. Also they installed our dishwasher for free. After they repipe our house we had small leak and Nick came out fixed it quickly. I had All American Repipe and Plumbing fix a leak on our main water valve. Mark was the technician that came out and he did an awesome job! The whole experience for this plumbing job was fantastic and super easy. I called and scheduled a time. Then the day of my appointment - the office manager confirmed the time of Mark's arrival. Mark was courteous and professional, arrived on time, and did great work! My main water valve is fixed! Super happy! Will definitely be using them again!!

We had our 4th slab leak and this last one happened only a year after we replaced the flooring with new hardwood after a HUGE pipe leak. It was definitely time to repipe. Dealing with the insurance companies was not something I wanted to do again. I got 5 estimates from the most reviewed repipe companies on Yelp. The cost of a Repipe can really increase rapidly with the cost of additional hardware, potential tile work, and cleaning & repainting. And I found the estimates I got were not consistent. I'm really glad I got all the estimates. Nant really worked on the price for me and gave great advice. He was also the only company that said he didn't have to break tile to access a built in tub. That saved me from trying to match tile and hiring someone to fix that for me. I chose to go with copper because of the critters that occasionally sneak into our attic. The job was finished as promised. The only hiccups were from the stucco patchers that were contracted...but they returned to make it right. I have smooth stucco and the first attempt to patch the stucco was not good. Fortunately they returned and made the stucco look much better. The interior drywall repair was very good. The stucco guys also removed an exterior electrical outlet and since they were slow to respond to fix that, Nant sent one of his guys to fix it. All in all, the little things got fixed so I am satisfied. Nant and Novi responded quickly and addressed all my concerns. Repiping is really stressful for homeowners and I appreciated Nant's calm approach. I'm glad we got this done and AAR did a great job.
