I recently moved away from Moses Lake and my sister called with a plumbing emergency for our elderly mom. I sent her Steves info on Sunday afternoon, Steve and his family were on vacation, but as soon as they pulled into their driveway they put a call out to my sister and was at my moms house within 24 hours.
